the ride to the hospital was dim
no matter how hard the doctors tried to bring back my long dead brother, the harder they failed
i turned to my right to see phil, staring into the distance, eyes glazed, the emotion on his face was void
then i turned to my left
and i saw him
my brother

my eyes snapped back to the bed
he was on the bed, pale as ever
i turned to my left again
he was sitting there

floating?
i evaluated him
grey skin, grey-brown hair, blue irises yet white pupils, i kept staring at him, confusion drowning my thoughts
"wilbur?" i whispered, almost too scared to ask
