i stared at techno dead in the eyes
i relaxed a bit, took my hands off his shoulders as they dropped to my side
"what the fuck are you talking about?" i said, a bitter tone resonating from my words
he flinched
"i-" he tried to say before he spun around, his eyes searching every wall and every corner
i looked at him in disbelief
he started murmuring something
i only caught a couple words
"wilbur", "where-", "come back", "please"
he said the final begging as he fell to the floor
i watched over him in anguish as i saw my big brother in so much pain
he sat there on the dirty carpet
i gently sat down next to him as i softly put my arm around my shoulders
he rested his body weight onto me
"it's okay techno" i murmured
"nothing is okay."
