Peter had a romantic idea, but he needed to prepare, he needed to figure out a romantic place, one that arcueid has never been to which was quite hard due to her walking the Earth for centuries. Thinking a bit peter smacked himself as an idea hit him.
Teleporting thousands of light years away peter raised his hands and a landscape began to show, it was mostly made up of the ocran with green hills and a sea, it was surrounded by a bubble.

Nodding his head peter teleported inside the planet, he began to think what creatures should inhabit the planet, something the girls would like so they don't scold him too much when they found out what he did, so it had to be cute,friendly and peaceful. Imaging what he wanted peter willed creatures into existence, all of them knew to be friendly and non agressive and see peter as their ruler.
