Throughout the year was the Triwizard tournament. A few months into the year would be the Yule ball. Everyone would ask out dates and this day was just around the corner. No one had asked me.. yet. Hermione was to go with this stupid Victor Crum guy. Ron and Harry were going with the Patil twins. I was chilling in the Hufflepuff common room studying the pictures on the wall when Luna walked in. She smiled sweetly and pulled out a rose. "Will you go to the Yule ball with me?" She said handing me the rose. "Yes! Yes! A million times yes!" So I was now going with Luna.
It was time for dress shopping. I would go with Hermione and Luna would go with Ginny.
Who knows what the boys were doing. Me and Hermione walked into a dress shop full of beautiful dresses and tried on a few just for fun. You picked out a beautiful black off the shoulder dress with black floral designs on the top and a bit on the skirt. It hugged my top curves but flowed loosely around my hourglass hips.
When I showed up to the Yule ball I had put my hair into soft curls and no makeup. Luna wore a pale blue ruffled sundress her hair hung loosely on her pale shoulders. We danced the night away having fun and at the very end I pulled her into a passionate kiss. I knew lots of people were doing watching and may judge but I didn't care. All I cared about right now was Luna and how much I loved her. Soon enough I was in my golden comforter again and fast asleep dreaming about the night.
I woke up to see Lou's face in mine. I picked him up and got ready for class. A few people looked at me and whispered as I walked by. Then the only person I didn't want to see right now ran up to me. "So. You like girls?" Spat Blaise Zabini. "Yea." I spoke annoyed, I quickened my walk trying to get away. "I'm also asexual so that little r*pe, s*xual assault thing wasn't appreciated." I said firmly and then briskly walked off as Blaise stood there in the middle of the hallway stunned.
I ate my food and walked to Potions. Today we were making Amortentia. I made mine the quickest and Professor Snape said it was made correctly so I was to charge mine with the class of Hufflepuffs, Ravenclaws, and a few Gryffindors. I sniffed and said "I smell.. lavender, and something else I can't quite put my finger on. The person I smell is..." the whole classroom held their breather as I thought and then it hit me. "Luna Lovegood." I said clearly. Me and Luna exchanged glances from across the room, a couple people judging me and I quickly stood up, feeling my head get hot and said "I-I need to use the restroom." I sprinted down the hall into the bathroom and hovered over the sink. Before I knew it I was crying. Cold tears coming down my face, my breathing was heavy, as I still splashed my hot face with cold water, trying to cool down. I cried there for a bit and then heard a door open behind me.
