A/n:I'm sry if you don't like Usopp but people really be sleeping on this cool a$$ character and because there are not that many  usopp x reader stories so HERE WE GO IN TO THE STORY!( sry if this sucks cheeks😭)

3rd person POV
The crew was enjoying a nice day out on the the deck of the thousand sunny. The weather was just perfect not to hot or not to cold.  Chopper,Luffy, and Usopp playing games. Robin and Nami sunbathing on the lawn chairs. Zoro sleeping like usual  and Sanji  in the kitchen making sweet treats for the girls. Brook was playing his violin and Franky was in his work shop like usual. But one girl in particular was thinking about the curly headed long nose. Boy, was y/n in deep.
Y/n POV :
We were all out side I was sitting next to the girls while I wrote a story.(a/n heheheh) But one thing was blocking me from writing anything. Usopp. When I had first joined both Robin and Nami had forced me to to tell them who I liked and every encounter that I had with Usopp was like a form of black mail. (A/n: you have some real nice friends 👀)  but when they had caught me staring at him the both looked at me and at Usopp and back to me.
"Go tell him," Nami said with a mischievous smile spread across her beautiful face. " Hell no, I can't because what if he doesn't like me besides how much you wanna bet that he liked that girl back at his hometown. What was her name Kayla (a/n: ohhhh what a coincidence) uh- oh yeah Kaya." I said kind of disappointed because he already liked someone. "Well y/n-san you don't know unless you try because I'm pretty sure he likes you back," Robin said with a gracious smile. " EH?!?!? NO! Your joking your just trying to make me feel better," I said with a pout but a sliver of hope that it was true.
Time skip~
Sanji had called everyone to come and eat I walked in with the girls not noticing that a pair of  onyx eyes stared at the back of my head. But little o' Nami  had caught the sniper staring and sent him her notorious evil smile his way and the sniper's cheeks were caught ablaze with a wildfire of a blush.
Once we had got our food, Luffy and Zoro were stuffing their faces like it was going to be their last, of course Luffy was trying to steal everyone's food of their plates or hands. I laughed because Nami had stabbed his hand with a fork witch caused him to let out a high pitched yelp. " NAMI-SWWAN ROBIN-CHAAAAAN Y/N-KUUUN I MADE SWEETS AND CAKES FOR YOUR BEAUTIFUL LADIES!!" He said as he twirled our way with a plate with freshly made cookies and cakes.  " WE WANT SOME!" The boys yelled as the girls got the special treatment from their personal chief. " GO THE THE REST BY YOURSELVES!" Sanji yelled at the boys as he turned back to the kitchen to clean up. All of the boys had ran before Luffy could eat the treats. The girls let out a few giggles before I left to go view the night sky from the crows nest.
Usopps POV:
Once all of the guys ate the sweets I had noticed that y/n wasn't here with us. "Uh Nami.. Where is y/n?" I asked having a feeling that he girls might be up to something. "Oh she is up in the crows nest she wanted some alone time but I think you should go check up on her," She said with a poker face but knowing  damn well what she was doing. " Are you sure like you said she wanted some alone time I-I don't want to bother h-her," Before I knew it Nami and Robin were dragging me to the ladder to the crows nest. They picked me up to stand on my feet and Nami pointing her finger up signaling me to hurry up and go check on her. Their faces scared me so much that I was already climbing up the ladder.
One I had reached the top I heard something it sounded like humming. I slowly and quietly open the hatched and heard y/n humming. Soon her humming turned  to singing, her voice was-it was beautiful. I crawled out of the hatch and slowly laid the hatch back down and quietly made my way to her. Then as I got closer she stopped singing, and I couldn't lie I didn't want ther to stop her voice was angelic. "Y-your voic-ce is be-beautiful y-y/n," I said as I sat next to her, I was glad that I was kind of dark so she couldn't see my huge blush that rested on my face. She turned to me with a look of surprise that then shifted to embarrassment, " T-thank you U-Usopp-sama."
3rd person POV:
Usopp then was going to be a man and instead of a scaredy cat. "Y/n c-can I tell yo-you something?," he stuttered out a sentence. She looked at him to continue and Usopp inhaled ready to say what he was about to say. "Ever since you joined the crew I thought that you were smart,goofy,sweet, and b-beautiful. I wanted to tell you that..... I LOVE YOU!" Usopp had yelled the last three word that had left the y/h/c haired girl it shock and happiness. "I  l-love you to USOPP!" She squealed before tackling him into a tight hug. She looked at him and and he leaned in catching her y/l/c lips in a sweet first kiss. The two wish that this moment could last a eternity but like all human beings they needed air. The looked at each other as y/n grabbed her y/h/l hair and pulled it to her face to try and cover her red face.
He kissed her cheek before she said " you missed Usopp."  She leaned in and pecked his nose  and gave him a goofy smile.
" Bullseye!"

I hope you guys liked this one! I honestly like this one because Usopp is a wonderful cute character I think I will do Zoro or luffy next.
