It was bright outside the smell of fresh fallen rain still lingering in the morning air. The sound of the waves softly grazing against the boats sides. The curly eyebrow cook was awake before everyone as so he thought as a y/h girl was wide awake with a cup of y/fd at hand watching the sun gleamed  through the slightly foggy widows,soft sun rays that gracefully painted her face.
Y/n POV-
So tired. I want to sleep all day just like Zoro and not give single crap about anything. Is anyone else awake? I'm pretty sure that Sanji or Nami is up by now.  I hope I can help Sanji wi- My thoughts were cut short to the sounds of foot steps that lead right into the kitchen as I leaned against the kitchen counter with y/fd in hand as a familiar pair of swirly eyebrows and a messy tufts of golden blonde hair. Letting a small smile rest on my face as it was cute the way his hair stuck in awkward directions. " Morning Sanji. Did you sleep well?" I asked turning around to make a cup of coffee for the half wake cook. "Yes I did how about you Y/n-Chan~ how did you sleep?" He questioned as his usually bubbly attitude slowly started to awake with him. Shrugging my shoulders and looking to the side I answered "Eh, good I guess... I still kinda have problems with sleep still."  Handing Sanji his hot cup of caffeine as he grabbed the cup he looked at me with a puzzled look that was mixed with worry.
Sanji's POV~
I looked at Y/n I was worried, ever since we rescued her and  Y/n joined the crew she could never sleep right or sometimes she wouldn't even eat for a long time up until some one forced  her to eat something. I always wondered what happened? What has been causing her such suffering? None of the crew knew why but now I will. "Y/n what happened to you back your old home ?" I finally asked. Those E/c orbs that were once filled with happiness was quickly replaced with sadness and fear. It broke my heart to see you like this Y/n.
She let out a shaky sigh before she began to tell her story.
Y/n POV-
I knew he was going to ask I knew someone was going to ask sooner or later. The awful memories flooded my head and replayed like a movie stuck on repeat. The faces of my family scared and horrified. I had to let it out to someone. "When I was younger my family used to live in a town where everyone knew everyone. My mother and father were well know around the town and I knew everyone. But one night everyone was sleeping a crew of pirates had invaded all of the homes and they were looking for anything they could get their hands on. They broke into our house and they.." I stopped mid-sentence not wanting to continue as were tears on the edge of spilling. Taking  in a sharp and shacky breath I continued. " they killed my family their screams for me to run and screams of pain still echo in my mind on replay. I was able to run and get away but everyday I thinks it's my fault that they are no longer here. I can't sleep because I still have the same memory playing in my head as a nightmare." Tears running down my face as I hugged myself wishing that they were still alive and well, and so I could see my younger sister grow up. I cried as two arms made their way to my back as Sanji put his hand on my chin and wiped the tears off my face and said...
Sanji's POV-
"y/n. I know how it feels to lose people that you love the most. I know that kind of pain and It's hard to get over. But just know the crew is here for you even at your lowest. I'm here for you too. No matter what because I-I love you so much and I will never let harm come your way under any circumstances."  Her glossy e/c eyes looked at me with shock and embarrassment. She looked away and said " I love y-you to S-sanji-kun," she said as her soft cheeks turned a brilliant shade of pink. She is so cute!❤️
3rd person POV-
Sanji grabbed the girl's chin with his thumb and lifting her head to look at him in the eyes. He slowly began to lean closer to her face as y/n did the same. Their lips touched, Sanji's hand found their way to her her hips and her hands ran through his messy locks. Needing oxygen the two not wanting the moment but sadly it had to, they slowly pulled apart. Y/n's face exploded into a blush. Sanji let out a laugh before he said " y/n have I ever told you that your lips are as sweet as honey?"
Bonus ending~
Nami and Robin had woken up early this day and as they were about to enter the kitchen they two women were met with the sight of the female friend getting a kiss from their chief. nami: Oh my gosh Robin are you seeing this?
Robin: ( small chuckle) yes nami I can see. They are very cute aren't they?
She said before snapping a quick picture. Which led the to love birds to look in their direction and was met with y/n flushed face a laughing Sanji and giddy Nami and Robin.
