Ch. Fifteen 👑

Yoongi wakes up hearing the laughs downstairs and knows Jin is back. After all, he has a very specific laugh and Hobi is being extremely loud as well.

- I hope the kids are still asleep

He whispers to himself. Before going downstairs he changes the bandage and cleans his scar like he was told to do. As he does so, the image of a very pretty Prince comes back to his head. That soft high tone voice scolding him for getting himself in danger. His small fingers touching his hand when he was in danger. And all of that in his underwear!

Yoongi's cheeks glow red remembering that detail. Thankfully he gets distracted when some water enters his eye

- Ah, shit! - he stops - ...I wonder if he's worried for me...

The voices are each one louder than the other as he walks downstairs. They're all gathered around the table sharing some of the food Jin stole from the castle.

- Ooh Yoongs, you're up!

Yoongi rolls his eyes at the nickname and sits next to Jin. Everyone looks at him holding a laugh until someone whispers

- Lil meow meow

- HAHAHAAHAHAHA

Yoongi looks confused for a second and then remembers the kids sleeping upstairs making him tell the others to shut up.

- S-sorry I'm just not over it!

- What a hell are you even talking about?

- Turns out your ally Prince found a way to ask about you without being obvious. He asks me how "my cat" is doing. He even named you Little Meow Meow!

Everyone expects a complaint from Yoongi. But that's not what they get at all. His cheeks go red and he looks down embarrassed. As he probably thinks about how Jimin actually cares about him, the rest are surprised and Hobi specifically is feeling a little disgusted. Trying to go back to a serious talk, Yoongi changes the subject.

- S-so what important info do you have?

- Right, about that...-Jin turns to him with a serious face - you have to leave this place tonight.

Silence takes over them. Did they find out where Yoongi is hiding? Why did Jin say it just now?

- The Young Prince wants to help the orphanage and he'll come tomorrow to take note on what we need here!

Jin lets out a smile at the end of the sentence and all of them take a second to realize how amazing that is. Hobi and Yoongi are beyond shocked and happy

- You are kidding!! Really??! How did you do that?!

- Well, I will say things played in my favor. I didn't do it alone. Apparently Jimin helped putting that idea on his head...

Yoongi smiles widely holding back some tears. Finally, the kids are gonna have more toys, better beds, a fixed "home", maybe they get more people to work there with them! Maybe they can pay Lisa a little more when they know how much she works!

On the other side, Hobi doubts. It isn't easy to trust the Young Prince. And he's still keeping an eye on Jimin's moves. If it was up to him, he would kill every king prince and noble. Specially the Young Prince...but that's an old story.

- Also, you should seriously get ready. I want to trust Jimin but you can't go to the castle to see him. So the meeting with him will be tonight by the lake.

Yoongi nods holding his excitement. He needs to thank him for this. And he can't deny he was dying to see him again.

- I'll go with him

Hobi insists and no one complains about it. That night, at exactly 3:30 A.M they meet. Yoongi and Hobi on one side, Jimin and Jungkook on the other. And of course, Jin in the middle trying to keep everything under control. Yoongi and Jimin are the first ones to break the silence taking a step closer to each other.

- Suga...

- My Prince...

Both of them are stopped by their companions. Hobi looks at the guard up and down.

- What the fuck is bunny boy doing here?

- Stay there Jiminie, I don't trust this two.

- Okay, stop - Jin interrupts - Hope, that is Jungkook, Jimin's guard. He does as Jimin commands so he'll keep the secret

- Also - Jungkook adds - I'm in charge of cutting your head off if he gets hurt

- And Jungkook this is Hope, he'll-

- I'll make you wish for death if you lay a finger on my Suga

Jimin seems a little taken back by the "my Suga" expression but tries not to care about it. As both their protectors stare at each other menacing, Yoongi and Jimin talk calmly.

- I got something for you - he says showing the necklace - I'm sorry it took me so long to give it back...

- O-Oh don't worry...thank you, Suga...

And Jimin is happy of getting his necklace back...though that means there's no more reasons to meet Yoongi again. After the other two calm down, Yoongi explains everything that happened the week before. Once everything is clear, the talk gets more serious

- So what's next? - Jimin asks - I mean, what you did was great! For your people! So what's the next plan?

- There isn't any

Hoseok plays with the grass as he answers. To think about how hard it is to change the things makes him anxious.

- Yeah, we got lucky Namjoon is an idiot. But this will only change if the Princes do something about it. The Young Prince thinks he has no power and the older one can't see what's best for his people even if the answer it's under his nose.

- I see... I'm sure you'll come up with something! And I'll make sure to help you with it!

- I think - Jungkook interrupts for the fist time - Tae can help. He...I mean maybe he has a good side. He used to have it...so...you know

Hoseok doesn't believe a word of it. He met Taehyung before and he will never forget what happened that day.

- Forget it. He's not someone we want to ally with.

The hate in his voice makes Jungkook suspect him more. As Jin tries his best for those two to get along even though they can't help but to argue about the Young Prince...the other two move aside.

- Where are you gonna hide now, Suga? Will you be okay? Please let me know if you need my help

Yoongi tries his best not to smile too much. Taking one of Jimin's hands he answers

- I'll be at the doctor's place. No need to worry about me. I know this whole place like the back of my hand. They won't find me.

- Can we...meet again soon? I mean...there's no real reason just...well...

- Yes, I would love that - He makes sure to kiss his hand before they have to part ways again - my pretty Prince
