You sat up in bed as you suddenly jerked awake. This woke Ten up, and he sat up with you.

"Nightmare?"

You shook your head no. You really just woke up out of nowhere, as if there was something urgent that needed to be done. Ten wrapped his arm around you, but you quickly got off of the bed.

"Minli, please-"

You shut the bedroom door behind you and left him on the bed. You heard quiet mumbling coming down the hallway and stopped in front of Yujin's room. You listened for a moment, then opened the door.

"Yujin." You said, but he was still having a nightmare. "Yujin."

He woke up at the slight raise of your voice and froze. He slowly looked at you, and the fear in his eyes made your shoulders drop.

"You're scared of me?" You whispered.

He didn't answer, so you looked away from him. You were trying to protect him from the real danger, yet he was scared of you, having nightmares about you. You shut his door and walked downstairs, a distinct touch of something in your steps.

"Minli?" Kun called. "Are you okay?"

You hummed in response. He could tell that you were upset about something, so as you walked by him, he gently grabbed your forearm and sat you down.

"I know I'm not Ten or Yangyang, but I'm here for you, Minli." He whispered. "It's okay to be upset and it's okay to talk about it, because eventually, it'll build up and cause a lot of anger."

You were looking at your lap, but then you looked at Kun. The tears in your eyes threw him off - he still wasn't used to seeing you cry.

"I'm just like Minsu. I'm just as bad. It doesn't matter if I'm trying to be the good guy anymore, people still fear me." You admitted. "Yujin is having nightmares about me, and I knew I shouldn't have told you guys what happened, because it would make me look like the enemy." A sob caught in your throat and you had to pause to hold it back. "If I could go back in time and help my brother be okay, I would. I loved him so much, he was my best friend, then he suddenly turned on everyone. If my own little brother is scared of me, that makes me just as bad as Minsu."

Kun wrapped a brother-like arm around you and pulled your head to his chest. "We have never compared you to Minsu, because we don't think you're like him. You may have your dark spells, but you're not doing what you do for fun. You're trying to help others, trying to avenge your mother. That's okay."

"Then why is everyone scared of me?"

At the top of the stairs, Winwin looked at Yujin. "Why are you scared of her?"

"I'm not. I just have nightmares about her, I'm not actually scared of her-"

Yangyang stood in front of him, looming. "People have nightmares of the things they're subconsciously afraid of." Yujin stared up at his older acquaintance. "Pinpoint what you're scared of, and fix it."

Yangyang walked away, but Ten patted Yujin on the shoulder. "Don't worry, Minli is his soft spot."

You wiped your tears - you were tired of seeming weak. You'd see through and get yourself together.

But then a realization hit you.

It had been thirteen years. Today was the thirteen year mark of your mother's passing. Your twenty third birthday. You didn't just wake up because Yujin was having a nightmare about you, you woke up because your own nightmare was about to start.

Everyone had come down the stairs, seeing how pale you had become. "Minli?" Xiaojun whispered.

Ten got to it before you could. "It's her birthday."

You heard them murmuring, then your ears started ringing and it was almost unbearable. As you stood up from the couch, the front door opened.

"Happy birthday, baby sister."

The tension infiltrated the house and froze everybody to their spots. Why couldn't you have seen this coming? Of course he'd plan something like this on your birthday, the most traumatic day of your life. The worst part, was that you didn't have the energy to fight him off.

"Do you know how priceless your face is right now?" Minsu laughed, then stopped and put his hand on his stomach. "Gosh, that hurts. Remember what you did? Shot me in my own house. Isn't it only fair if I return the favor?"

Before anyone could try to stop him, the gun went off. You let out a small sound of agony as the bullet implanted itself into your shoulder. Your hand went to grab the wound as you fell to your knees. You were too embarrassed to look up.

You heard someone clap as Kun tried to get you back up. Several pairs of heavy footsteps followed the claps and you were suddenly being picked up off of the ground. You kept your eyes closed, didn't fight.

WayV and Yujin were confused. You would never let something like this happen. Maybe you were doing it on purpose? They followed your lead and didn't fight, didn't talk. You were all put into separate vans - really only you were separated from everyone else.

Minsu sat across from you in the van, and you finally made eye contact with your reflection.

"Isn't it crazy how alike we look right now?" Minsu smiled, almost lovingly, but twisted. "I've been telling you that we are two in one."

You nodded in agreement. "I've realized that you're right, but you will always be worse."

"How's that, Minli?"

"I don't kill the people I love."

He tilted his head. "But you'll kill me?"

"You're damn right."
