Disney Castle: Darkness... In the Castle!?

"this is your castle, must be nice to be home, huh", Sora asked

"you know, something just doesn't feel quite right", Goofy stated which Donald agreed, not long after, Chip and Dale appeared in the Gummi hanger of the castle

"you're back, Queen Minnie want's to see you", Chip stated

"the castle's in danger, hurry, to the library", Dale stated as well, the four were in shock and quickly ran outside, and were met with hordes of heartless, with help from both Donald and Goofy, the four successfully made it to the library where they all saw Queen Minnie.

"your majesty, Queen Minnie, we're back", Donald stated, saluting to the queen, Minnie was relieved to see both Donald and Goofy, safe and sound

"your royal highness, did ya happen to summon us", Goofy asked, saluting as well, Minnie nodded her head as both Sora and Kate walked up to the two, Minnie looked at the two curiously.

"these are our friends, Sora and Kate", Donald said

"oh, Sora, Kate, the king told me all about you both in his letters, he said you both are very brave", Minnie stated

"do you know where he is", Sora asked, Minnie shook her head

"your majesty, what are the Heartless doing in your castle", Donald asked

"oh my... so those are the heartless", Minnie said

"don't worry, we'll take care of them", Kate stated

"I know I can count on you both, Sora, Kate, now there's something I'd like all of you to come and see", Minnie said, "would you please escort me to the audience chamber... oh no, I forgot to warn everyone else in the castle about the danger, we must be sure they're hidden somewhere safe",

"don't worry, we'll tell everyone", Goofy stated as he and Donald left the room, Sora and Kate then began to escort Minnie to the audience chamber, fighting heartless along the way, as they arrived in the audience chamber, or throne room, heartless were in the room as well, both Sora and Kate decided to split up, one fighting the heartless, the other protecting Minnie, both would switch out over time, however, there were too many to battle, Minnie quickly pushed a button on the throne, the floor under the throne began to move, light emitting from the passage which vaporized the heartless.

"the room below is called the "Hall of the Cornerstone", Minnie explained, "our castle has always been safe from worlds that are evil, thanks to the Cornerstone of Light which we keep down there",

walking down the passageway, everyone was met with sharp thorns around the room, and then, all of a sudden, Maleficent appeared, which shocked the four.

"well, well, well, what have we here, if it isn't the wretched Keyblade holders and their pitiful lackeys", Maleficent stated

"what, now you're gonna deal with me", Donald shouted

"Donald, wait", Kate shouted, but it fell deaf to Donald's ears as he charged at Maleficent only to go through her

"all in due time, I promise you'll be able to partake of my vengeance, but you must be patient", Maleficent stated

"just what are you doing here, Maleficent", Minnie shouted

"ah, Queen Minnie, radiant, as always, I'm here on a property venture, I want this castle for my own", Maleficent explained, "however, it's a bit too "Bright" for what I have in mind, I suppose I'll just have to fill every room with my personal touch of darkness",

"you'd better stop right now if you know what's good for you", Minnie ordered

"ooh, how frightening... very well, I'll stop... as soon as this castle belongs to me", Maleficent said as she then disappeared, her laughter heard all throughout the room until it disappeared

"what should we do", Minnie asked, trying to come up with a answer

"oh, we should go ask somebody who knows lotsa stuff that ain't in any book", Goofy stated

"Merlin the Wizard", Donald said

"yes, that's perfect", Minnie stated

"we'll be back soon", Kate said as Minnie nodded her head and all quickly returned to the Gummi Ship.

(Meanwhile, Hollow Bastion)

the four walked inside Merlin's house, to see Merlin, in front of a book, using magic on it, as the four approached, they saw Pooh's Storybook, however, it looked as if it'd seen better days.

"Pooh's Storybook", Kate stated, sadness in her voice

"what happened to it", Sora asked, sadness in his voice as well

"I'm afraid I found it like this, but don't worry, I'm currently fixing it as we speak", Merlin stated

"will you let us know when it's done", Kate asked

"of course, anyway, what do you need", Merlin said

"the castle's in danger, Maleficent, she's back", Donald stated

"where, inside the castle", Merlin asked

"yup, and the Heartless too", Goofy said

(Meanwhile, Disney Castle)

Minnie waited inside the Cornerstones chamber, waiting for the four to return, she was snapped out of her thoughts when she heard Donald's voice, then a puff of smoke appeared, as it disappeared, the four, and Merlin appeared.

"perhaps, I'd better just see for myself", Merlin stated

"what's happening, Merlin", Minnie asked

"this is not good, in fact, I'm afraid, quite serious", Merlin said as he then used his magic to create a door

"what's that", Sora asked

"my boy, that is a gateway to a special world", Merlin explained, "someone in that world is responsible for what's going on in this castle, of that, I'm certain",

"so all we gotta do is go in there, stop the one that's messing up the castle and then get out of there, right", Kate asked

"the perpetrators must be stopped, of course, but there's something else to do first", Merlin stated, "somewhere in that world, there should be another door that's identical to this one, I believe our enemies are utilizing that door, as long as it remains open, the castle will be in grave danger, you must find that door, and lock it with your Keyblades",

"got it", Sora said

"one more thing, you're heading into a very special world, while you're there, the nature of the world may tempt you to do something dark", Merlin explained, "you must resist that temptation at all costs",

"what do you mean", Kate asked

"you'll know soon enough", Merlin said as then the four approached the door, tugging it open, the four ventured inside.
