I don't know anything about court trials, like at all, so most of this is probably wrong but just go along with it and I'll try to be as factual as I can. I also can't remember if I ever gave Sydney a last name, so I am going to make one up for now and if any of you guys remember if she had one feel free to comment and tell me and I'll try to find it if you don't remember what is was, thanks. Enjoy xx

"The case opened is for the abduction of Sydney Cane. Harry Styles and Mike Styles are both pleading innocent." The judge announces. (Nothing about that sentence is even correct, but like I said, I know nothing about court haha.)

The row of seats sectioned off to the right is what I am assuming to be the jury. They do not look too into being here, and I hope that that doesn't effect Harry in anyway.

"Miss Cane, come up please." The judge directs me and I take a deep breath before standing up shakily and walking to the stand. This is the first time I have seen Harry in four days, and being in front of him while explaining all of this is making me nervous.

Harry's lawyer stands up suddenly, making his way towards me. My nerves grow more as I realize it is his turn to question me, and I look to Harry for assurance. He gives me a nod and a small smile before his lawyer begins to speak.

"Miss Cane, what is it that you know about the situation involving your abduction." He questions me first, also offering a small smile. He is on the same side as me, I feel more at ease knowing that.

"Everything, sir." I tell him honestly. I look at the crowd, everyone is intently watching me, catching every word I mutter.

"Everything?" He asks again.

"All of it." I confirm with a nod and I gulp when I look at Mike. He is giving me a look between anger and mockery, he wants me to mess up and say the wrong things. He is trying to get me more nervous than I already am.

"So you know the reason why you were kidnapped by Mr. Styles?" He raises an eyebrow. It annoys me how they ask questions they already know the answers to, but I guess it is there job to get me to speak it out loud.

"Yes." I nod.

"So it was Mr. Styles that had taken you?" I wasn't sure this question was exactly helping Harry's case, but I suppose everyone already knew the answer to it anyway.

"Yes, but-" I'm cut off before I can finish my sentence.

"Objection! She was not asked to explain any further." Mike's lawyer stands from his seat, pulling the attention to him.

"See to it that you do not say more than you are asked, Miss Cane." The judge looks at me and I nod, not completely understanding why I can't explain myself. Isn't that what I am supposed to do? "Mr. Shawman, you may step forward." She addresses Mike's lawyer again. He walks to the front floor as Harry's Lawyer takes a seat. I watch as Harry leans over and says something to him quietly, him returning an answer before Harry faintly nods and faces me again.

"Sydney, do you remember the day you were kidnapped?" Mr. Shawman asks me, I nod. "So you remember everything that happened clearly?"

"Yes."

"So tell me, what exactly happened at the time of your abduction?" He steps a few feet back, awaiting my answer.

"I was walking home from school, I had made it a few blocks away from the building before someone came up behind me and put a cloth over my mouth. I blacked out and woke up in a house a few hours later." I tell them. I have to be honest, or things could turn out worse for everyone.

"So you were chloroformed?" He concludes.

"Yes."

"Who was it that did this, Miss Cane?" He asks what he already knows.
