When she looks at herself in the mirror, all she sees is a broken girl.
A girl with secrets darker than the night sky.
Everyone else would say she's bright, beautiful, and friendly.
Oh, how they don't know.
They don't know about the skeletons in the closet.
The skeletons she tries so hard to hide.
Of course, one day those skeletons will be exposed to the sunlight.
This girl dreads that day.
She dreads the punishment, but she knows how much she deserves it.
Until that day, the world will continue to be ignorant.
Ignorance truly is bliss.
The girl continues to be a broken doll.
A doll is pretty, but fake.
Just like the girl.
