Jackson's Point Of View:

I saw her for the first time in almost a year. It was a glimpse but I would know that face anywhere. She was beautiful almost as if she was healthier and fuller, maybe even happier. I don't remember the last time I had seen her smile like that and I am thankful she didn't see me. Even if she did she would probably be scared and it's not like I can blame her. The last time I had seen her I almost beat her half to death.

Prison has changed me. I've experienced things, been through things there that I couldn't nor wouldn't talk about. I couldn't let my family know that I had changed. All the lies I had told and all the pain I had caused would only make me look like the monster I know that I am deep down. I wish I could take it back but now that she is with him I don't think I have a choice but to be the monster I don't want to be. I need her. I crave her like my body craves water.

Sophia still looked the same almost a year later except for a few minor changes. Her once black hair now a shade of Light Sandy brown. She was walking quickly through the crowds of people, her eyes looking around frantically as if she was searching for someone. Ducking my head down I hoped she didn't see me and if she didn't she didn't recognize me.

I was trailing behind my brothers and sister - they didn't seem to notice and frankly I did not care to be here at the moment either. I wanted to be at home in my bed, hiding away from society. I could hear my sisters voice from down the hall - I knew somebody was in trouble and I wanted to see exactly who. When I recognized the voice I had started to run. This wasn't going to be good.

"Where is she?" Phoebe demanded, her face was beet red. Her electric blue eyes filled with anger as she clenched her fists. I could feel the steam radiating off of her face from a few yards away.

"I don't know I left her and Violet a while back after they were inside of Victoria's Secret for hours." Nico rolled his eyes in annoyance. I didn't blame him at all, watching women shop for hours on end just to buy a few outfits and maybe some jewelery and makeup? I mean that's terrifying even to me.

"I told you to keep an eye on her!" Phoebe argued back. I don't know why she was getting so worked up over this. She wasn't the one who had to spend a year locked up in prison and gain a felony on her record.

"Isn't that what we pay you for?" Wyatt questioned. His brown eyes expressed concern for his brother and the woman who had ultimately ruined his brother's life. "How could you let her slip out of sight?"

"I didn't mean to though, they are women and can walk faster than you think." Nico admitted sluggishly. When he felt his phone start to vibrate he checked the caller ID, hoping it was one of the girls. "Violet is calling. Give me a moment."

"Hello? Alright I'll meet you guys out there in a minute." Nico replied quickly. "They are ready to leave."

"Where did they tell you to meet them?" Phoebe asked. I rolled my eyes, wondering what else his girl has up her sleeve.

"Is she okay?" I asked him, my eyes filled with worry. "Did she say what's wrong with her?"

"Jackson, this bitch is the reason you went to Prison for a year and you're still worried about her?" Phoebe hissed, flicking her long brown hair over her shoulder.

"She's also the reason I grew up and got clean or do you not remember that fact dear sister?" Jackson glared back at her.

"Just because she didn't testify against you doesn't mean that she won't call the cops again if you do something stupid."

"Stupid like sending her death threats and other messages?" Jackson growled, towering over his older sister. "I told you that it was not okay and you sent them anyway."
