Y/n POV:
It was Garou. His large mass of hair illuminated by the pale moon. My eyes widened noticing the red hue that engulfed his body. Seeping from every gauge in his figure I winced at the sight. Cautiously approaching I walked towards we're he sat his chest heaving. I crouched by his side my hands limply resting on my knee. His head darted in my direction wide eyed. He was seething and his guard was up.

"Yo." I spoke softly, unsure of how to approach the situation. His shoulders loosened for a brief second his eyes closing in masked relief I suppose. "You smell like pennies." I commented. It was an awkward one surely but a well meant one. He scoffed in irritation brining up one leg to his chest to use as a arm rest. His lips curled in a slight snarl.

"Is that all ya gotta say?" He growled in a soft voice. A tired one no doubt.I snickered my lips curling into a taunting smile , my fingers gently tapped my knees.

"Hope you won at least dumbass." I said as I flicked him , the same way he had as usual. "Can't have my little house maid dying on me now can I?~" His eyes narrowed in a dangerous way, his lips twitched.

"Tch ...of course I won! What do ya take me for?!" He barked visibly shaking. Knowing I was on thin ice I back tracked. I simply let out a small "mm" noise , I smiled softly.

"Sure...well anyways let's get you home and all fixed up." I said standing up and holding my hand out to him so he could stand. His eyes looking away from me indignantly as he roughly grasped at my hand. His faced to seemed to dust over with a scarlet hue. Could just be blood knowing him. I thought as I chuckled inwardly to myself at the thought . "You can lean on me if you want." Garou only responded with a loud huff through his nose, his arm slung around my shoulders with a thump. Taking a deep breath I began walking on towards the apartment. Grumbling, "You owe me new clothes asshole." He apparently heard me as I saw him roll his eyes in response.

"Whatever you say your highness." It was my turn to roll my eyes. The arrogance of this man alone astounds me. I huffed dismissing his comment.

Turning a corner at the small local pharmacy I continued onwards as the neon lights seemed to illuminate a path for me happily. Not like I need to be secretive... I'm just dragging a body around folks, nothing to see here! I thought to myself. While the silence between me and the man around my comparatively smaller frame did not go unwelcome by any means it did not help the awkwardness. I wanted to say something, anything my mind failed to find any words beyond pointless ramblings. It would be a waste of time so I let the silence remain. However I did eventually find a small talking point.

"So doesn't that blood stain?"  I quipped trying to hide the anxious quiver in my voice. His eyes softened slightly as his golden eyes peered into my own.

"No,it doesn't. Why do you sound scared?" My eyebrows furrowed briefly as I pandered. D-do I sound scared? Why? Who am I kidding why wouldn't I be. I chuckled nervously.

"I'm not!" I said in a slightly raised voice nervous.

"You obviously are, stupid. Why? I'm still the same person you know." He said his voice calm and husk as usual. It showed no obvious emotion.

"Because I'm caring a bloody criminal back to my place. You are dangerous."

"It's not like I'm gonna hurt you idiot. If I did I'd be no better than those heroes." He huffed out in a tired manner as we slowly approached the apartment complex. I laughed my mood being lifted a little.

" Yeah! I guess so." I grinned, no longer scared. Opening the door I flicked on the lights.

"What's that stupid grin about?" He asked with a smirk tugging at his lips. Letting out a huff as sat on the stool beside the counter, whilst I closed and locked the door. I just shook my head in response as I went to the bathroom to grab some materials. Walking back with a damp rag, and the other first aid essentials I approached Garou. Placing the items on the counter I looked at him and chuckled.

"Strip." I replied curtly. Taken a little a back Garou faintly blushed.

"How much you paying me?" He quipped earning an eye roll from me.

"Nothing I'm trying to fix your damn wounds!" I chided in response. Groaning he took off his shirt and pants only remaining in his boxers.

"This what ya wanted your highness?" He asked almost smug. Biting my tongue I only grunted in response as I grabbed a damp rag and began wiping off the slick blood that covered his body, occasionally rinsing it out in the basin. The scent of metal and sweat wafting  around the room as I sat the rag in the basin grabbing an alcohol soaked cotton pad.Figuring it wasn't any time for jokes I gave him a heads up.

"This is gonna hurt." He only nodded as I began swiping his cuts and tears in his skin with the pad, he hissed sucking in air through his teeth in return. Crouching I did the same to his legs admittedly feeling bad that it would sting.

"Shit." He quietly cursed as I went about bandaging his wounds. My fingers shakily wrapping gauze around his muscular yet injured body. Having finished mending his wounds I clapped my hands together.

"Tada!" He chuckled, his eyes softer than I had ever seen before. A small smile graced his lips.

"Thanks." He waved before getting up and retiring to his room as I stoop pouring the bloody water down the sink.

"Yeah." I muttered distracted by the blazing heat I felt on my face.
