HinaYachi : Black Jackals Days

Chapter 2

"Amazing! Hinata Shoyo wins the game with three straight aces! The Black Jackals defeat the Red Falcons in only three sets, talk about domination!"

Just like the last game the Jackals played, the crowd were going insane. People are calling Hinata and Miya Atsumu the new 'Freak Twins', which was Hinata's and Kageyama's duo name in high school.

(A/N: I don't know if they were called the Freak Duo or the Freak Twins, but in almost every translated Haikyuu website they call Hinata and Kageyama the Freak Twins in the post time-skip chapters. So we'll go with that until it's confirmed the other way.)

"Are you kidding me? The Falcons were considered the second best team in the division, behind the Adlers, and they just swept them!" One fan screamed. "That shorty is too good, if the Japan national team doesn't pick him up during the olympics, then we don't deserve to have him in Japan." Another fan added.

I honestly couldn't believe it myself. Hinata proved he was amazing during the game vs the Adlers, but to completely dominate against the Falcons is just plain scary.

"Other players may start thinking about picking up beach volleyball during the off season because of Hinata." Kiyoko-senpai stated. I looked at her direction and nodded in agreement. 

Currently I'm at Hinata's game with Kiyoko-senpai and Tanaka-senpai. They were the only two available since everyone else was at work. Even I barely made it because one of my co-workers called in sick, so I had to cover her shift. So I texted Hinata to tell him that I would be late and miss his game, but make it in time to hang out after. Luckily the power went out in the building and we were all sent home. The first set already started by the time we were released so I didn't text him to tell him that I actually could make it.

When I got to my seat, which Hinata was able to reserve for me, Kiyoko-senpai, and Tanaka-senpai, Hinata looked really upset. I didn't know why but during his serve he looked like he was in a bad mood, even though they were winning 24-21. I was cheering during his serve and then he noticed me, after that all I could see on his face was a huge grin. That really made me happy.

"Maybe I should pick up volleyball again." Tanaka-senpai stated, pretending to spike an invisible ball. "No way, you wouldn't be able to keep up." Kiyoko-senpai responded and then started laughing after saying it. I couldn't help but join Kiyoko-senpai in laughing.

"What's so funny?! I might be rusty but I'm in the best shape of my life! Imagine how hard I can hit the ball now!" The married couple continued to banter to the point they didn't even realize Hinata in front of us.

"Really? Want to go hit one now before the next game starts, senpai?" Hinata asked excitedly holding a ball. "H-Hinata when did you get here?! Are you a freaking ninja or something?!" Once again, Kiyoko-senpai and I started to laugh, this time with Hinata joining us. If only he knew what Brazil nicknamed Hinata.

"I thought you weren't coming." Hinata said, opening his arms wide for a hug. "I thought so too but then the power went out in my building so they let us out." I responded, giving him the hug he physically asked for. At this point you could consider this our daily greeting.

Even though I wasn't looking I could tell our senpai's smiles were becoming really wide. "Wow, when did you two get so close? Last time I checked Hinata came back not too long ago." Kiyoko-senpai asked. "You should've saw them on the bus after you and the other third years graduated. They sat next to each other everytime we had to ride a bus, and every time we loss Yachi-san would cheer him up."

"S-senpai?! You were watching us?!" Hinata screamed. At this point both Hinata and I were both blushing. "Everyone was, we just never said anything because we were also in a bad mood everytime we loss." Senpai replied.
