The carriage was consistently going up and down on the bumpy road. The carriage was owned by the Grand Duke Alster, and what road inside was the Grand Duke himself and a silver haired, crimson eyed girl. The awkward silence between these two could be cut with a knife.

"Ahem," The grand Duke cleared his throat as a way to get the attention of the silver haired girl, and that it did. She turned her head away from the window of the carriage and looked at him. Tilting her head, she looked at him with her sharp red eyes. "So? Can you properly explain to me what happened now?"

He was talking about the incident that happened 3 days ago. "I have no need to explain myself, it was the right thing to do as she was trying to seduce my husband-to-be." In a haughty and annoyed tone, Rina turned her head and covered her face with her fan.

"Yes you do, what would have happened if you killed her?!" The grand Duke stood up from his seat in frustration, Rina was after all, brushing off a murder attempt just like that. "She was a bitch sleeping around anyways, I'm pretty sure the majority of your high society would have enjoyed that."

The majority of the Diamond kingdom's high society was actually women, for some unknown reason the Diamond kingdom actually had more females than male in their population. As the countess Maragold was sleeping around with most of these women's husbands and sons, they would have been glad that she was finally gotten rid of.

"Still! That isn't a good enough reason to kill her!" Rina just simply 'hmph' while she turned her head away. "You, Grand duke, may not know, but we women take cheating very seriously!" It was rare for Rina to raise her voice at anyone as she mostly would just threaten while still have the smiling face of a noble women.

So when Rina had snapped her fan in two while also showing more human emotions, the Grand Duke knew that she was serious. "We, in the Amazonite kingdom, also consider cheating and reputation very seriously. So, Grand Duke I will not allow you, my husband-to-be have the reputation of some playboy that will sleep with just about anyone."

"Got it? Good." Rina ended the conversation right there. Although the Grand Duke felt insulted, he's also had to consider what Rina said was true. He had to keep in mind that his and Rina marriage would be to improve relationships with Amazonite and Diamond, he had to tread very carefully in a situation like this.

"Haaa...." A long sigh came out of the Grand Duke's mouth as he rubbed his temple, he had to accept it. Rina Bellrose was not only a monster, but a psychopath that he will have to get married to. Why did you throw me into the snake's nest elder brother?!

The awkward silence had finally ended when they got to the capital city. Rina, who had magically gotten out another fan, hid her astonished face. "Welcome to the capital city of the Diamond Kingdom, Moonstone." The Grand Duke's sarcasm mixed with his introduction of the capital city didn't really bother Rina that much.

All she did was look at the town full of commoners and merchants. "I never thought I would be able to see so many commoners in one place before." Ian rose a brow to this. What do you by that? "Well, the economy of the Amazonite kingdom isn't the greatest, that's all I can say..."

Huh...I think this is the first time I've ever seen this psychopath embarrassed! "I. Am. Not. Embarrassed." Glaring at me with deadly eyes for a few seconds, she once again turned to her attention to the palace.
