Omniscient pov:

Jariah stood by her locker as she watched Kasani walk pass with his arm around a cheerleader laughing.

It had been one week since she lost her virginity to him in the backseat of her car and he was completely ignoring her.

He wasn't answering her calls, text, and he was ignoring her in person.

"Hey." She heard and snapped out of her trance seeing Kori standing in front of her.

"Hey." She said giving him a small smile as she ran her fingers through her hair then opened her locker.

"You good?" He asked and she nodded her head.

"Yeah I'm fine." She said scratching her head.

She didn't tell kori about what happen because she didn't want it to affect her friendship with him but it was killing her that she couldn't tell him.

"One thing about my brother he gone keep him a girl." Kori said shaking his head and jariah pursed her lips raising her eyebrows.

"And play them too." She said shrugging.

"What you doing after school?" He asked her and she shrugged.

"What I've been doing for the last week going home eating icecream and binge watching vampire diaries." She said.

"I don't know why you letting that lame ass nigga tavon having you sad and shit." Kori said shaking his head.

Truth was she wasn't sad about tavon she was depressed because she lost her virginity making a stupid decision.

"I'm not worried about him I just got a lot going on school wise." She said as Kasani looked at her and then just walked off.

"Take a break from school, me and you ain't spent no time together in months." He said putting his arm around her shoulder.

"I know I'm a terrible bestfriend Kori I'm sorry but I promise you I will make it up to you once I get my work caught up." She said and he nodded his head.

"I'm keeping your word for that but I got to get to class I'll see you in a hour." He said.

"Okay love you." She said and then went the direction Kasani went seeing him standing by the water fountains on his phone.

She took a deep breath then started walking over to him and he looked up at her.

"Kasani can we talk?" She asked and he scratched his head looking to the side.

He really wasn't trying to talk to jariah he wasn't trying to give her any ideas.

"Nah I got somewhere to be." He said nonchalantly.

"That's it? You got somewhere to be? Kasani we need to talk about what happen." She said.

"What is there to talk about? We did what we did and it is what it is ain't no more to it." He shrugged making a duh face.

"Kasani what we did was personal to me, that was meant to happen with somebody special and now that I did it with you, you don't even want to talk about it." She said as she began to cry.

"Everything don't work out perfectly princess." He said walking off leaving her in the hallway.

Jariah watched as he walked away and then walked into the girls bathroom going into a stall sitting on the floor.

"Him out of all people?" She asked herself in disgust.

She couldn't believe he was her first she regretted it.
