"Alright you do it like this." Kasani said sitting across the bed from Jariah as he showed her how to smoke a blunt.
"Okay let me try now." She said taking it from his hand and putting it to her lips.
"Inhale it and hold it in for a few seconds then let go." He said and she did as told then ending up coughing.
"I can't do it." She said covering her mouth.
"Man yes you can you just got to take your time." He said as she handed him the blunt.
"I should've rolled you your own shit you got lipgloss all on the blunt." He said licking his lips then smacking them.
"And yo spit finna be all on it because you keep licking your lips." She said as he lit the blunt up and put it in his mouth then pulled back blowing out a o.
"How you do that?" She asked frowning.
"I'm a real weed smoker princess you can't do it like me." He said as she grabbed the blunt and ashed it out.
"Alright bet." She said putting it in her mouth and slowly inhaling then letting it out.
"Bout time." He said as she took another puff.
"Hell nah you fucking up the rotation it's puff pass princess ain't no two puffs." He said and she took another one and he smacked his lips as she laughed handing it to him.
"Are we high yet?" She asked him and he laughed.
"You gone know when you high, you ain't high yet but it'll kick in soon unexpectedly." He said.
"Okay." She said.
"Teach me how to roll." She said picking up his white oak blunts.
"What kind of blunts are these? The ones my parents smoke say swisher." She said confused.
"Hell nah don't ever buy no swisher them bitches burn out to fast they terrible." He said and she nodded her head.
"Which flavor you want?" He asked and she looked at all the blunts.
"I want this vanilla one." She said and he picked it up opening it.
"Use this and cut it down the middle." He said handing her a box cutter and she did as told.
"What I do with this brown stuff?" She asked.
"Empty it." He said and she stood up going to her trash can dumping it then coming back to the bed then looking at Kasani laughing.
"What's so funny?" He asked her and she shrugged.
"I don't know something just told me to laugh, but what do I do know?" She asked.
"Here put some weed in it not all my shit though then close it." He said and she took his ziploc bag of weed and broke it up.
"My momma would have a fit she see me smoking weed." Jariah said as Kasani stared at her rolling the blunt.
"Stop living for everybody live for you." He told her and she looked up at him.
"That's what you call what you do?"She asked making eye contact with him and he looked away.
"I don't want my parents money." He said.
"I know that but Kasani let's be honest you have had to kill somebody, you got robbed, you got jumped, now your in hiding and you don't think it's time to give up?" She asked and he stayed quiet.
