Just friends?

Part 2

*at 1 am*
*in the boys dorm*
Jimin was just about to go to sleep when someone knocked at his room.
He is the only one living in his room as his roommate wasn't here yet.
He opens the door and there was a tall and handsome guy standing in front.

"Are you Jimin?" He asked and Jimin nodded.

"I am your new roommate" He said as he picked his bags and entered inside.

"Btw , what's your name?" Jimin said, closing the door behind.

"Mingi" He said and started exploring the room.

Jimin just looked at him as the awkwardness filled inside the room.
"Oh- btw thats your bed" Jimin said pointing at the extra empty bed.

Mingi just said thanks without really an expression.

Ah this is awkward...
Jimin said inside his head.

*next morning*
*in the class*
It was class teacher period and everyone was waiting for the teacher to arrive while you and Soojin were chatting.

Soon the teacher arrived and everyone went quiet.
"Goodmorning everyone. Today we have a transf-"
The teacher's words cut off when jimin entered.

"Why are we late, Mr. Jimin?"
Teacher asked.

"I am sorry, i just had a little meeting with my warden" He lied and teacher told him to sit down. He quickly sat down behind you and Soojin.

"You lied right? You just woke up late" you ask.
He nods getting embarrassed and you and Soojin laugh.

The teacher glares at the three of you to be quiet.
"Now listen students. We have a new transfer student in our class today" She says as she signals Mingi to come in.

"Hello everyone. My name is Mingi" He says as your eyes widened.

He is the same guy i bumped into yesterday...

"he's my new roommate" Jimin whispered and you turn behind to look at jimin if he was joking.
"I am being serious. He came at 1 am."

"daebak!!" You say a bit loudly.

The teacher coughs in order to make you shut up. You go quiet and the teacher tells Mingi to take a seat.
He sits in an empty place alone, instead of sitting with someone.

During the whole class hour you just couldn't help but stare at Mingi. He is super handsome and tall and he doesn't speak much which you find even more attractive.

*during the break*
*at the hallway*
You were sticking some sheets in the notice board as the teacher told you to do so.
You weren't able to reach above so you go and get a stool and stand up on it. You successfully stick the sheets but before you could get down, someone accidentally bumped into the stool and you trip and fall down.

"Ouch"  You groan in pain as you see that your ankle had scraped and a bit of blood was coming as well.

The person who bumped into you just ran away and you sit there in pain.
You tried to get up but trip again. But this time someone came and helped you from falling. You look up and see that its Mingi.

"be careful" he says as he picks you up in his arms and takes you to the school hospital.

*at the hospital*

"just make sure you don't put pressure in the scraped area" the nurse said as she finished bandaging your ankle.
You look at Mingi who was standing near the door and say,
"Thank you"

"No need. Be careful in future" he said with a cold tone and left.
You just stare at him slowly leave.
