"Do you think now since Katherine is back in the picture that Rebel will get back together with her?" Frankie asked, fidgeting with the edges of her skirt.

"If Rebel knows what's good for him, then no. But you know boys," Kylie giggled.

"You're not easing my stress-filled mind," Frankie complained.

"Why don't you tell Imogen about your crush on her brother? I'm sure after the weirdness sinks in she would help you," Kylie suggested, rubbing the curly-haired friend.

"Why are you so sure she would be for it? We're basically sisters what happens if she thinks I'm betraying her," Frankie aired her worried thoughts, making sure to keep a lookout for Imogen.

"Frankie, if she's a true sister she would want anything that makes you happy and if Rebel makes you happy, I'm a hundred percent sure she would support it," Kylie rubbed her shoulders.

"Whatever, nothing is ever going to happen between us anyway so no point in admitting to something pointless," Frankie stated.

"If you say so," Kylie mumbled under her breath. "Besides you should be focusing all your energy on your powers."

"You're right!" Frankie cheered.

"Hey, Franks," Rebel said, using his palms to cover her eyes. "Guess who?"

Frankie's heart skipped a thousand beats, the moment his voice entered her earshot. Warmth filled her and she felt as if she was floating on the moon. Good thing she was sitting because she felt her knees weaken. Her palms suddenly wet and the butterflies in her stomach kept her from responding quickly.

Though smelling the minty-fresh cologne he always wore dragged her into a daze. Thankfully, Kylie nudged her shoulder pulling her away from million thoughts.

"It's Rebel, duh!" Frankie giggled, her cheeks burning red.

"Hi, Rebel where are the guys?" Imogen asked, coming back with two plates filled with food enough for all three.

"Drew is probably doing bad things to good people," Frankie taunted with an innocent smile on her lips.

"Really," Imogen arched her eyebrow.

"Consider me the honest police," Frankie innocently smiled, raising her hand into the air.

Without a second thought, Frankie turned her head and felt her heart sink to her stomach. Her happy expression immediately changed to a frightened one. She jumped from the bench trying to keep herself hidden behind Imogen.

"What's the matter?" Imogen asked.

"My Dad. He's here," Frankie trembled.

"He knew he couldn't show up here until we figure out what's wrong with him," Rebel added, his face tensed.

"I don't know why we thought he would listen," Frankie said, anxiously biting her nail.

Rebel's thought was filled with punching the older male that caused her pain. The moment her father showed up caused everything inside her to huddle up into a ball. Never in his life did he ever want to cause someone else incredible pain. Rebel stormed towards his direction but was stopped by a tug on his sleeve.

"He's not worth it," Frankie said.

"Come on, you should go home," Imogen suggested.

"I'll take her while you go find the others," Rebel advised.

Imogen nodded, knowing her best friend would be safe in the hands of her brothers.

One of the Council members walked up towards Robert and Drew asking them if they have seen Rebel. The Council was about to have a meeting and needed all the members before starting their speech. The friendly member asked if the two of them could help search for him. Robert volunteered to search the backyard leaving the inside of the Euphoria for Drew.
