any holidays can be celebrated when you are a child of Jethro! Here are some special ones that you can choose to celebrate if you would like!

April 14: is Anas, On this day we celebrate all the ducks have given us by gathering with family and going hiking or spending
time in nature in some way, going bird watching and having a good time with close
People in your life. Pizza rolls, ham and Swiss paninis, and eclairs are traditionally eaten, along with taffy candy.
Like many other religious holidays, we also celebrate the winter and summer solstices, traditionally having a widespread amount of cheeses and breads, to be tasted and enjoyed, dietary restrictions taken into consideration.

June 28th- July 2nd is Stercore. a day to appreciate ducks in all their glory. Today is the day where we appreciate fine literature, art and anything and everything Duck related. It is customary to gather in large groups to watch, appreciate, learn and or read about ducks, while light snacks and fine non-alcoholic juices are served. See section 11 for examples of literature and entertainment based on ducks.
