Lost
definition- unable to find one's way
Well that fits me perfectly today!
The way that I behave is not something you can understand
The way I bottle up my pain
Then dump it down the drain
Only to join the sewer of forgotten regret
But really I didn't forget
I just don't want to remember
But I will always remember
How it started as a harmless joke
But the more it grew I began to choke
On the feel of being offended by such a thing
"They didn't mean it like that, stop panicking"
"You're always worrying all the time just stop" but think
I might be on the brink
Of loosing my self and my mind
Because of the insult you tried to hide
By saying "jk" it doesn't make it okay
Just take a second and think of how you might have offended someone today
And now because of this, they too feel lost
But when you allow these things to happen, that's the cost
