We left to pursue the Pinchers in the morning, after eating breakfast. Murph and Rand patrolled around Renbow Island while we headed to Mitonga Island. Rand had told me over breakfast that the Big Booker Bridge that connected Mitonga Island and Renbow Island had finally been repaired by Booker.

So, instead of bothering a Legendary Pokemon to take us to an island, I made Ben walk with me all the way to the cape where we thought the Pincher's were hiding out.

While we were walking, we started talking. "Wait, wait, you hear voices?" Ben said, stopping my in-depth story of how I thought I was going crazy.

I nodded. "Yeah. They keep on talking someone returning... And they call me 'My Lady'." I told him. I'll admit that I felt extremely stupid trying to explain this to him, but I knew that Ben would help me figure out what was going on.

Ben pondered this. "Do you hear these voices all of the time?" He asked.

I shrugged. "I hear them when I see Raikou or Entei. I also heard them when I first met Jet, and again when I first met Evelyn."

Each Pokemon lifted their heads when they heard their names.

"I know it sounds stupid, but do you think... Do you think it could be the Pokemon talking to you?" He asked. "I'm not saying that it's possible, I'm just saying that it's a possibility." He added quickly, as if he didn't want me to think that he believed in such tall tales.

I thought this over. "I don't know. It may just be me losing my mind. Both options are equally preposterous, to me." I finally told him.

Ben didn't say anything for a while, so we walked in silence. We no longer talked about the crazy voices that spoke to me, we just walked side by side with an akward silence consuming us.

Ben started humming a song. I recognized the tune immediately. I joined in to his humming. We exchanged glances before we both smiled and burst into song. By the end of the song, we had both started wildly dancing, doing cartwheels and twirls. At the final note of the song, we hit a silly pose and acted like somebody was taking a picture of our fabulous-ness. My Pokemon cheered at the finale.

Before we could lapse back into silence, I poked his forhead. "Tag. You're it." And I ran as fast as my little legs could carry me.

I chanced a glance back at Ben, who was slightly stunned. Then, he realized what I did and started after me with a grin. I faced toward the front and raced over the bridge connecting to Mitonga Island. He was gaining on me, I knew it. He has always been a faster than runner than me. Suddenly, I was scooped up. I looked over to see Ben's smirking face.

"Gotcha!"

"Ben! That's not how this game works! You're supposed to tag me back, not pick me up! You always play this game wrong!" I screeched. "Put me down!"

"I play the game like everyone ought to play it!" He said. "Besides, we'll get to that cape-thingy faster this way."

I looked down to see if all of my Pokemon were still with us. They were, and it looked like they were smiling. Well, Ben was right. We did get to the cape faster. Ben set me down and we went through the cave that led out to our destination.

Directly outside of the cave were two Pinchers on Z.Z. Flyers. The two turned to look at us. They look slightly stunned, but the girl with long brunette hair recovered first.

"My, my, how cute." The grunt with the long hair said. "Are you on a field trip from the Ranger School? Great timing! I'll just steal your lunches and make them mine!"

This girl's not very smart, is she? The Ranger School is located in Almia and we're in Oblivia. And there's not Ranger School in Oblivia that I'm aware of, considering that there would be more than one Ranger in Oblivia if that was the case.

"Pippa, I don't think that those are Ranger students." The other grunt with short hair muttered.

"Don't be rediculous, Carly!" The first grunt, apparently named Pippa, said. "The boy could pass for a Ranger, but do you seriously expect for me to believe that this tiny girl is a Ranger?"

The other grunt agreed that Pippa made a valid point. I clenched my hands into fists and I felt my face go red. Somebody wants to die today...

Ben grabbed my wrist as I lunged for the closest one, which was the long-haired girl that had called me small. I turned to him, and he mouthed the word 'Don't'.

He's right. I should let it go, but I can't let it go. They were making a mockery of me and him! We couldn't just... Well, maybe he was right.

Pippa noticed Ben grabbing my wrist. "Aw, look. These two lovebirds must've ran away from their class to have some alone time." She cooed.

Ben dropped my wrist, his face was bright red. "You can attack them now." He told me.

"Thanks, Romeo." I said jokingly. "Because I was waiting for your permission with bated breath."

I whispered something to Yuka and she nodded enthusiastically.

"Now!" I told her.

Yuka shot a lightning bolt at each of the Pinchers. The Pinchers hardly dodged the bolts of lightning.

"Shit! They're real Rangers! Let's go back to the Submarine before it leaves! We only have two minutes!" Carly whispered.

"Ben, we need to hurry down that path! That girl just said that their team was leaving in two minutes." I told Ben. Ben nodded.

"Hah!" Pippa scorned us. "You'll never make the large jump onto the Sub without a Z.Z. Flyer!"

The Pinchers flew off to board their Submarine.

I didn't acknowledge that stupid remark. Instead, I summoned Raikou. Raikou looked expectantly at me. I immediately slid onto his back, hurriedly picking up Yuka and Evelyn and helping Jet onto the Legendary lightning Pokemon's back.

"I'm sorry that I had to summon you, but this is important. We need to make it to a... Did she say it was a Submarine? Anyway, we need you to get us to that Submarine before they depart!" I told him.

Raikou nodded and bounded off, leaving Ben with hardly enough time to get onto Raikou's back. I had to help pull him up, and I wasn't much help, what with my lack of upper body strength.

I saw the Submarine that the grunt was talking about. Raikou jumped onto the exposed metal top of the Sub. I slid off. "Thank you for your help!" Raikou bowed before running off.

I took a deep breath before we walked in through the open giant metal hatch, which closed immediately behind us. The overhead boomed to life as a voice informed us that the Sub was now diving. In other words, we were stuck with the Pinchers... No, I take that back, the Pinchers were stuck with us!

There's no going back now.
