Ariana's POV

"Something loving." I told Tommy as I laid out ideas for AG6.

"Sex?" Tommy questioned as he began writing.

"No, more caring and intimate." I said as I bit the top of my pen.

We had been trying to start the album for around a week now, and nothing seemed to be coming together. I knew what I wanted to put on the album but nobody around me seemed to get it. I had wrote a bubblegum pop album, Yours Truly. I had wrote a risqué album in attempt to get away from my Nickelodeon image, My Everything. I wrote an empowering sex album, Dangerous Woman. I had wrote my insanely happy sex album, Sweetener and finally I had wrote thank u, next, my emotional album.

I wanted this album to be completely different. I had tried writing with everyone I knew but no one seemed to get it. All of my writers, (including my friends) were all trying to write sexual based songs, which yes, obviously I wanted on the album, but I wanted it to be more heartfelt, not just "let's fuck, then I drop... good talk". When I try and tell everyone about my ideas they automatically assume I want songs like Into You, when that's just NOT the case.

I had recently met this new girl who had inspired me to write all this. I didn't know her very well yet but we had started talking a little while ago and just kinda clicked. I had already wrote my sixth album titled "fragment", but decided to scrap it, which absolutely pissed off my management and they even threatened to drop me... I wasn't that nervous however, I knew I would be able to find new management. I ultimately decided to scrap the album because it sounded too much like thank u, next.

"Any specific events you have in mind?" Tommy asked while clicking his pen.

"No, more just how I'm feeling. I've been feeling a lot lately. This girl has me feeling all kinds of emotions." I laughed.

"Why not write a song for each emotion? Like one for love, one for trust, and so on?" Tommy suggested.

"Wait! I really like that idea! That's intimate and truthful!" I happily said as I started to make a list of emotions.
