{Lucy POV}
A lot of time passed. Well, not too much time. Only about 6 months.
I still didn't feel secure enough to go on a job, so Natsu always gave me part of his rewards. I payed him back by making him food and giving him lots of...love. Not like that, though! He just really likes cuddles and kisses and stuff. He always manages to steal some.
We were caught up with everyone, and soon, it was as if we were never gone.
But...I still talked to Natsu about it. How our lives would be different if we hadn't been kidnapped. He always listened and never failed to cheer me up.
Raven Tail was found as illegal immigrants in another country and were put to jail as soon as they were returned. I saw Flare, and she was glaring at me.
"Blondie...!"
I tried to confidently look her in the eyes, but I failed. Natsu had grabbed my hand and glared at her for me.
The Raven Tail marks haunted me and would haunt me for the rest of my life. But...I just had to overpower it, right?
"Lucy!"
I turned around from my seat and Natsu hugged me, stealing his first kiss of the day. I blushed, but smiled.
"Hi."
He smiled and sat next to me, ordering food.
We ate together, laughing at his stupid jokes and actions.
"Lucy-san!"
I turned around, and Wendy ran over.
"I might have the solution to your problem!"
"Problem? What problem?"
"To those marks!"
"Marks...?" I felt my eyes grow. "Seriously?!"
"Hai!" She took a bottle and sprayed something on my arm. I watched, amazed, as the burn slowly started to turn into dust.
"Well, it erases the old Fairy Tail guildmark as well but-- Lucy-san, are you okay?"
Tears were spilling from my eyes. I have never been so happy to see my skin. "I-It's beautiful..."
Wendy smiled. "An ointment I worked on for over a year!"
I cried and hugged her. Words couldn't explain the happiness I felt. Tears of joy were wetting my face.
Wendy sprayed it on my hand as well, and I got my guildmark restamped.
I was so happy. I couldn't stop thanking Wendy.
"I'm so happy for you." Natsu said, hugging me. "You're smiling for real, now!"
I hugged him back and laughed. After everyone calmed down and started to drink, I grabbed Natsu's hand and led him over to the request board.
"Lucy...?"
I smiled my biggest smile and squeezed his hand. "Wanna go on a job?"
I've never seen a bigger smile on his face.
