"Shouldn't you bring a date to the wedding?" Alex looks at her brother and sticks her tongue out. "Sorry." He raises his hands in defense as he tries to do his tie. Alex decides to help out her brother and does it within a minute.
"I can't understand why you never learned." She says as she stands in front of him and straightens it. He smiles down at her.
"I have you." She sticks out her tongue once again and retreats to her room. All she had to do was put on the dress and her heels underneath.
"I'm ready." She yells through the house as she walks downstairs.
"Yes you are." Her face turns into a smile as she hears Jasper's voice.
"Well hello." She says to him. "Fancy seeing you here."
"Fancy you are." He grabs her hand and twirls her around. "How come you are wearing a dress now, but not to our date?" He raises an eyebrow.
"The difference is looking beautiful and looking comfortable." She smirks and he chuckles.
"You looked both." He smiles down at her and she feels a small blush creep on her cheeks. "Have a fun day." He waits before kissing her cheek. She nods at him before he goes, leaving her to find Peter outside.
"Have a fun day." He teases and makes kiss sounds. Alex rolls her eyes and shoves him away.
"Oh grow up." She mutters before marching towards the Uley's, her brother following her close by.
"As if." He replies. "You did the same to me, I'm not going to let you live this one down." Alex pushes him lightly as she chuckles.
"Where is your date?" She asks him. Sam and Emily had made it clear that they were able to bring dates to their wedding, as long as everyone was comfortable.
"Oh, she's the most beautiful of them all." Peter replies and Alex narrows her eyes.
"More beautiful than Liz?" Alex watches as her brother stops in his tracks. He shakes his head.
"I don't think I've met anyone more beautiful than her." Alex smiles at her brother and he winks at her.
"You're making me more curious though." He shrugs before whistling as they continue their way.
The whole clearing around the house of Sam Uley had been prepared. Everywhere hung flowers and fairy lights. Candles stood everywhere and Alex could only imagine what it would look like later when it got dark. A few of the guests had already arrived and both of the Spures were glad to know that they were not the firsts there.
"Peter! Alex!" Sam walks up to them with his arms wide and embraces the siblings in a big three way hug. He looked dapper in his suit and Alex smiles. Men in suit were always gorgeous, just as women in suits looked ready to take on an army of lawyers. "Glad you could make it."
"Wouldn't miss it for the world." Peter says as he takes a minute to see how Sam looks. "Where's the bride?" He asks, knowing how much convincing it took from Alex to get her to sleep last night. He points towards the doorway and Alex immediately goes that way.
Alex had seen the dress, she had seen the hairdo, she had seen it all. But seeing it on Emily and the glow the woman had, made her stop in her steps and look at the woman in awe.
"Could you help me with my make-up?" Emily softly asks as she looks in the mirror, her hand caressing the scars. Alex frowns and shakes her head confused. "Just for today." Alex raises an eyebrow. "I don't want him to feel bad."
"He will always feel bad." Alex says softly. She knew how he felt. "But knowing that you're not ashamed, it will make it less bad. For both of you."

"Thank you," Alex smiles at the crowd and sees a lot of familiar faces. "Both the bride and the groom asked me to do a speech. That's on them." Soft chuckles are heard throughout the are. "I can say a lot of things, but the most important one is: good luck." Laughter erupts and Alex winks. "No seriously," she takes a sip of the champagne. "I've seen love. I've seen it a lot of times, it's something that you can't control. Even though it might not be what you want exactly, it is what you and that other person needs." Alex knew of Sam's history with Leah so she made sure not to rattle anything. "I'm looking at two beautiful people, completely in love." She winks. "Oh and there is the married couple." Everyone starts to laugh and Alex smiles at them. "Emily, you better treat him right or I will." Emily starts to laughs. "Sam, if you don't treat her like a queen and behave, I'll steal her away. Sam, Emily," Alex raises her glass. "I wish you a wonderful and a fulfilled life together." She gives them an airkiss and everyone takes a sip from their drink, letting Alex give a hug to the married couple before taking her seat next to her brother. A few more people give a speech and everyone listens closely.
"Stop." Peter mutters to his sister. She hadn't stopped fidgeting since she sat down.
"I can't." She replies as soft as she can. They both knew what it meant, it would start to happen to Peter as well.
The siblings had found out that if they didn't change often enough, they wouldn't have complete control over their bodies. The only way they could would be to completely exhaust the body. And that was exactly what they were going to do. After all, this was a party. And they could party.
