It was finally 5th period. Chemistry. I walked in with Lindsey and I went to go to my seat but i noticed someone was already sitting there.
"Um... Mr. Rogers, why is someone sitting in my seat?" I asked.
"You don't sit there anymore." I gave him s confused look, as he continued, "you now sit over there." He pointed to a seat and I immediately froze. I asked him why he put me there even though I said I didn't want to move.
"I didn't move you upon your request."
I was still confused but I made my way towards my seat next to Jc. I sat down being very quiet and I began to take notes.
"Hey." He whispered.
"Hi." I replied.
"You didn't happen to fall on to any strangers last night, did you?" He so laughed and glanced at me. I stayed quiet for the rest of the class, but when the bell ring I closed my books and grabbed my bag as I reached for my board, that I had brought with me, but someone else picked it up first.
"Looks like your wheels need to be replaced." He said.
"I brought it so I can get new ones after school." I replied.
"You know my wheels are looking kinda shabby, do you mind if I tag along?" I told him he could and to meet me at the lunch tables after school. As the final bell rang I took my time because I didn't want to seem anxious. When I got there Jc was siting on top of the table with his sunglasses on looking down at his phone. When I walked up to him he looked at me and smiled.
"Ready to go?" I asked.
"Let's go." He said as he stood up from the table. I was quiet for most of the time until he started to ask me questions.

*Jc POV*
I waited for her at the tables where she told me. When she walked over I smiled at her. As we started walking she was quiet until I asked her some questions.
"So, Rebecca..."
"Yeah?"
"Tell me about you. Have you always lived here?"
"No, I moved here with my mom 2 years ago 3 years after my dad died in the military." he looked at me with sorrow.
"I'm sorry." he said.
"It's ok. He died doing what he loved, helping people."
