Chapter 10. Emotional

𝐉𝐮𝐥𝐢𝐞'𝐬 𝐏𝐨𝐯

I fell asleep on Trevor on the floor, I didn't know where ray was but I guess he left I wake up and see Luke Alex and Reggie I stand up "I'm gonna go to the garage" Trevor nods slowly as he helps me up "I got it thanks" I say walking out limping still in the same outfit I was in last night but with blood all over it I walk in the garage closing the doors behind me "where were you guys?" they all look at each other "stop looking at each other and tell me" Luke steps forward "I'm sorry we were at this-" Reggie interrupts "at this pretty epic club this guy named Caleb put this-" Alex cuts him off "it was epic until we found out we were-" Luke started to talk but I cut him off "stop cutting each other off and just talk already" Luke steps forward and turns around looking at the guys and they poof out, "we were at a club and another ghost put a curse on us and we have to find out what our unfinished business so we can cross over" the words 'cross over' kept replaying in my head "cross over? so what you go to heaven and be happy or something?" Luke looks down "that's what we're banking on" i let a few tears escape my eyes "that's just great" I walk away, "Julie" I hear Luke say as I walk away I close the garage doors behind me and go upstairs to carries room and start drawing a volcano and Carrie and Flynn walk in, "hey are you okay?" I keep drawing "not really but look" I turn my picture around and say "Boom" they both look at each other then back at me "okay sweetie" Flynn says taking my notebook and markers Carrie sits down by me "I know you don't want to lose them especially Luke-" I look at her "I don't want to lose any of them" I say cutting her off I look back down "they have to play the orpheum and I have to play there with them" I say tears filling my eyes they both pull me into a hug "your going to lose them no matter what" Flynn says letting go and standing up as carries arm is still around me "let them go" I look down and back up her, I nod my head I go downstairs and into the garage and see all of the guys lying around "snap out of it" I say screaming and Alex falls and throws his drum stick at me "ow shit Alex" I look at him "sorry" he says all apologetic "it's fine anyways your unfinished business is the orpheum so we're gonna book a gig there" they all look at me confused "how the hell are we suppose to do that?" Luke finishes Alex's sentence "yeah we're never gonna get in the orpheum" I sigh and look at look them "people don't, but ghosts do someone once told me you book gigs by doing" Luke looks up and smiles at me "that was me" Reggie said Luke and I look at each other then back at reggie "no it wasn't"

"No it wasn't" Luke says after me "yes it was" Reggie says holding onto his guitar "so what you guys are going to do is go book us a gig there I'll wait here"

I sit down at the couch it feels like it's been hours it's only been like 45 minutes then they finally poof in "oh my god what took you guys so long? Did willie do it? Did they watch? Did they like us? Did you talk to them? Are we playing? Why's no one talking?" I say with stress "Luke want to take this one?" Reggie asks looking to Luke and he nods "sit down" I sit down "everything is fine it's all fine" I sigh in relief "yeah you should be getting a phone call right now" Alex says and all their index point to my phone and I look at them nervous with a nervous smile too.

"Okay now" he says again and their index finger pointing at my phone and my phone rings "ahh" I say nervously "answer it, pick it up hurry" they all say and I pick it up putting the lady on speaker "hello?" I say nervously "yes is this Julie" we all jump in excitement I put my hands up as I'm standing on the couch and I pick up my phone taking her off of speaker "yes it is" I say still nervous "would you be able to come play for us tonight?" I jump in excitement as everyone else does too "yes oh my god" I say excitedly "okay" she says laughing "thank you so much" she laughs "see you tonight" I hang up on her and the boys pick up Alex and Alex acts like he's swimming "we're playing the orpheum baby" I say excited "I'm swimming"

𝐀 𝐟𝐞𝐰 𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬 𝐚𝐠𝐨 𝐛𝐲

I walk in with my dress in a bag and hang it on the garage door "are you guys okay?" I say seeing them groan in pain "yeah we just got rocked pretty hard by those jolts" I nod, "Luke can I talk to you?" he walks over to me and we're standing by the garage doors now, I look down "Julie what is it?" he says smiling and I look up at him "if there is any possible way will you say hi to my brother?" he nods "and something else" I say looking up at him "yeah of course Jules anything you know that" I nod and sigh "I want you to find someone or something that makes you happy promise me you'll try" he looks down and back up at me "Julie-" tears start forming in my eyes "I know but I need to know that your happy" he sighs "okay I promise" Luke clears his throat and I speak up "uhm band circle?" I ask as we gather around for our band circle reggie and Alex hold hands and so do Alex and Luke as my hands are floating on top of Reggie's and Luke's, "We don't know what brought us here, but what we do know is, you're a star, Julie" I smile at Luke "And just because this is our last night together, it doesn't mean we won't be watching you
from above or whatever" I laugh "okay legends on three" Luke says "one two three" we all say together "legends" we say raising our arms in the air then dropping them and I walk away grabbing my dress I get dressed in this dress with these shoes.
