Mettaton went to his phone and picked it up.

Mettaton: Hello? Alphys, darling? I've been calling you non-stop for days! Where have you been?

Asgore: Mettaton. It's Asgore. About miss Alphys, she...died.

Mettaton dropped the phone that he had in his hand with surprise.

Asgore: Please, stay alert. We'll be on our way there now. Mettaton?

And just like that, the call ended.

Chara and I found the locket from inside the drawer.

"Did you find what you needed?" Asgore asked us

"Yeah, Asgore, but..."

"What's wrong?"

"I can't help but feel that something's gonna go wrong. What if he doesn't listen to us either."

Gaster: Do you want to talk?-

"Sorry, go ahead," Jessica apologized

"There are a lot of things I want to tell you," Gaster said, "But I can't put them into words right now. If you don't mind, I'd like to have a small nap while we get there."

"Yeah, no worries. Are you sure you can sleep like-"

But Gaster already fell asleep.

"You know...from what I understand," Kirai said, "This city is under this Jessica person's command in there right?"

"Well, yeah," Ronan said, "But, he also has a certain authority over this place."

Rave wasn't old enough back then but he is the one who should've been in charge. But...I believe Rave holds some grudge against Jessica for something else. Rave's family asked to take care of Jessica's daughter shortly after Noah died. Then that was when he met Kokujin and it was like an actual father, mother, and daughter. But Jessica refused after she saw what Kokujin's powers could really do. When it became clear that she wasn't able to keep up with her job and daughter at the same time, it was too late."
