Tatakai made his way to Papyrus because he ran off to protect Sans.

"W-who are you?"

"I'm one of Ai's allies. You look like hell, man."

"They were right. I'm a mess...this whole place is a mess...I failed..."

He started to cry and Tatakai got irritated because of this.

"STOP YOUR CRYING! He's right here."

He stopped mid-sentence because he looked behind him and Sans was standing right there!

"Papyrus, who is this guy?"

"What the-"

"ARE WE DEAD TOO?!"

Tatakai shivered at that sentence because of what happened to Kirai.

"Nah, you're both all right."

"So you're alive?"

"Not quite. It's complicated. Listen, Papyrus, and mysterious person, I don't think I'll be here for long. I know Ai can feel it and you can too, right, Papyrus?"

"Yeah. I understand."

"I...uh...I'm sorry for your 'battle body.' I somewhat remember what happened there. I'm pretty sure Ai does too."

Papyrus collapsed but he didn't close his eyes.

"Hey, yo! Are you sure you're alright?"

"Yeah, I can heal myself."

Sans was happy to hear this but was still staring at Tatakai.

"So uh...where is everyone? And why did this guy show up?"

"I know most of them are at the arena. But he didn't mention his name earlier."

"Oh yeah! I almost forgot! My name is Tatakai. One of the warriors in the HATRED QUIN-"

He almost said quintet but then remembered that Kirai is dead. His lip quivered and he said,

"HATRED QUARTET. And...I can give you the details on our way there to the arena."

"Where's the kid?"

"Chara? She's probably at the arena with Ai, Toriel, and Asgore."

"Huh. Wasn't there...another kid?"

"Is something wrong with your skull there, Sans? He just said that Chara was at the arena. Do you mean Asriel though?"

"We should get moving, Papyrus, your wounds are healed. Well, most of them."

"Okay," Sans and Papyrus said

"Can Sans still teleport?"

"Well, that's how I got up here, but it felt like it took a lot of magic I have left. So it'd rather be great to not abuse that for now."

"Hmm," Papyrus said, "Gaster also lost his ability after his battle."

"What battle?"

"Ehhh...Tatakai will tell you the details. For now, I have an idea."

"Wait..." Sans said, "We don't have a car do we?"

"PAPYRUS!" Tatakai said while they were riding on their custom-made Gaster Blaster car, "THIS IS NOT WHAT I HAD IN MIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIND!"
