Jennie felt her knees weakened as she watches Lisa through her worn out Samsung phone making her announcement at the public. It was the last thing she expected to hear. She thought the doe eyed woman will announce to the world how deeply in love she is with Jennie, but no. The doe eyed woman was determined to prove her innocence to the world. Lisa wants to convince the world that she is not what the media portrayed her to be, a gold-digger mockup attorney who fooled everyone to get what she wants. If this happened 2 years ago, she would desperately agree to this, but no... Two years ago, was so different to who she is now. Now, she wants to stay like this, she wants to live a life that is simple and normal. She does not want people to dig up what she was trying to bury for a long time. She cannot afford to lose herself again. She cannot afford to lose the life she was trying to build again for the past two years.

Jennie stepped back her hough touching the edge of the bed making her off balance and collapse at the soft surface of the bed, Jisoo got a hold of her before she collapses at the surface.

"Unnie, I... I am not ready for this... I'm, I'm-" Jennie panicked, gasping for air. Jisoo quickly rubbed her sister's back, stealing the mobile device on her sister's trembling hands. When they heard Sony Music was having a press conference about the kiss scandal, the Kim sisters found it hard to fall asleep. They kept on checking their mobile devices until they found a livestream link to watch the press conference and witnessed everything.

"Jennie, breathe." Jisoo cooed, as she rubs circles around her sister's back in an attempt to calm her down. "Everything is going to be okay." The older south Korean woman said, although she, herself does not even know if everything will be okay.

"No! Everything about this is not okay! Lisa shouldn't have said that." Jennie said, shaking her head in an alarming pace, tears falling wildly down her face. "She..." The feline eyed woman tried to talk but could not formulate a cohesive sentence. Jisoo tucked her sister in, worried sick about her sister. She knows she should be mad at Lisa, but she couldn't specially when the woman is aiming to prove her sister's innocence which she fully supports because she, do believe her sister was framed, the reason unknown.

"Jennie..." Jisoo uttered softly, caressing her sister's hair.

"I have settled. I'm fine..." Jennie said, although she does not know if she truly is fine, she was trying to be, she wants to be. "I am moving on. Lisa should not feel obligated to clean the mess our family got me in to." Jennie said as she runs her hands through her hair.

"She wants to help." The older South Korean Woman reasoned.

"I don't need any help, Unnie." The younger woman said as she aggressively pulls away from her sister's embrace. "I am moving on." She said throwing her hands in the air frustratedly. "I have a decent job... I am... I am slowly making progress." She said enunciating every word as if trying to make a point, trying to emphasize her sentence as if it dignifies her worth.

"Jennie, what if... what if you really are innocent?" Jisoo tried again, not wanting her sister to stress about the situation.

"You still believe I passed that stupid exam?" Jennie exclaimed her face red in fury, not because of her sister, but because of a certain doe eyed woman.

"Of course." Jisoo replied, as calm as possible. Jennie rolled her eyes, turning away from her sister, pacing back and forth.

"Unnie, we both know I failed. I-I'm not as intelligent as you, no matter how hard I-"

"Don't say that, Jennie." The older woman cuts, her voice rising a little, but still managed to stay calm "You're just perfect..." Jisoo complimented but her sister does not believe her.
