4. A Break

-Timeskip to 6 weeks later-

"I think I'm gonna have a stroke." Hinata groaned as he lightly slammed his forehead on the table, he was in the library, along with Yamaguchi-another friend they made in their class- and Tsutomu, who was reading a few books about a certain topic that they discussed in class

"Tell me about it." Yamaguchi said while turning the book he was reading to the other page, "We still have a few essays in Physics that we need to do ya'know?" Goshiki said as he lightly poked Hinata, making the latter sit up

"Well, how about we go to a nearby cafe this weekend? For a little treat, I'm paying." Yamaguchi says, catching other two boys' attention, "My boyfriend works there so.." why is it always with everyone and their boyfriend these days?

"And Kageyama too!" Hinata yelled, making the librarian hushing him to be quiet, making the boy sulk into his seat in embarrassment, "I'd love to go, but I'm very sure that I'll be paying my own." Goshiki whispered, making Yamaguchi and Hinata nod in unison

"First we need to finish this essay, plus it's Friday."Goshiki says making Hinata groan again

"So where ya heading this time?" Kozine peered from behind the couch to look at Goshiki, he sure wasn't an outdoor-sy person. He saw his friend wearing a light red t-shirt, cargo pants and his black sneakers

"Out with Hinata and Yamaguchi." Goshiki replied while fixing his bangs, the latter hummed in understanding "That's cool, you three have fun then." Kozine says while Goshiki went outside, waving his roommate goodbye, then shut the door of their dorm, met up with the other two boys once he was outside the dorm building

"Wait, so you just bumped into him then yelled 'sorry'? Hah...loser" Tsukishima scoffed, cleaning a mug with a clean piece of cloth

"Well what else was I supposed to do? I was running late for my shift that time." Koganegawa pouted; handing Yaku a mug of coffee, the shorter just flashed him a grin

"Well that's a way to start a new school year huh 'Gane? Well did you ever got to meet him on the school grounds?" Futakuchi asks

"No."

"Oop, guess that was the first and last time you'll see him, so you don't need to worry." Futakuchi patted the goofy blonde's back then fixed his hair a bit, while making his way to the back

"Sugawara-san can I be at the counter?" Tsukishima asked while placing the cup he was cleaning on a tray, " Okay, I don't see why not." Suga said from across the room

"That's funny, you never volunteer to do anything." Kageyama stated while leaning on the door frame raising his brow, Tsukishima just glared at him, "Tadashi's coming with two of his friends. He's not that confident to talk to other people except me." He muttered as he repositioned his light brown apron

"Is that so?" Suga suddenly asks, coming from behind Tsukishima, making the taller male turn around in surprise but then he nodded letting Suga continue, "In that case, Koganegawa can you be the one to bring their orders?"
"Yessir." Kogane responded with a nod

"Dolphins are gay sharks and ya'll can't convince me otherwise!!" Hinata said while putting his hands in the pockets of his jeans, "So does that make squids gay octopuses??" Goshiki asks, "What?" Yamaguchi questioned, getting lost in Goshiki and Hinata's conversation, they have been talking nonsense ever since they were away from the school

He just prayed that there was something to make them stop, and as if by the will of god, he spotted the familiar look of a cafe up ahead, he sighed happily, "Oh hey look, we're here!" Yamaguchi jogged up to the cafe that was ahead of them, Hinata and Goshiki followed

"So do you guys wanna sit in the inside or here outside?" Yamaguchi asked while glancing at Hinata and Goshiki, "I prefer to have some fresh air so I'll go for outside." Hinata said while Goshiki nodded as he agreed

Yamaguchi took a look at the inside and was relieved when he saw Tsukishima at the counter, his boyfriend saw him, he smiled then gave Yamaguchi a small wave, which the latter returned eagerly

Hinata spotted Kageyama, as he did, he stuck out his tongue playfully, Kageyama did the same, the ravenette laughed at seeing how his friends interacted with their partners

Yamaguchi then placed his bag on a table, he looked at Goshiki "Hey 'Shiki, would you mind to stay in our table?" He asks, "I don't mind at all." Goshiki replied assuredly, while taking a seat, taking out his phone to scroll in social media, or maybe play some games to kill time

"Oh and by the way, whatcha getting?" Hinata asked as he lowered his friend's phone
"Just an Iced Coffee."
"Alrighty!"
Then Goshiki watched the other two boys went inside

"Hello dearest sir, and what would you like to order today?" Tsukishima leaned on the counter, "Ya'know you don't need to be formal with me Tsukki." Yamaguchi laughed at his boyfriend. "Bakayama aren't you gonna talk to me?" Hinata demanded, Kageyama shrugs, "Eh, No.", turning around to ignore Hinata

"Mean!"

Kogane just watched the chaos settling in between the four from afar, he looked outside the window to see a familiar ravenette scrolling on his phone, it took him minutes to finally recognize who it was, 'Well shit.'

Random but hot chocolate before going to bed is usually the reason why I would stay hyper until 2 hours before I feel drowsy and sleep

So there was this one time that I stayed at my cousins' house. We each drank 3 mugs of hot chocolate at 10:00 pm cuz we were thirsty and one of my cousins suggested that we need to drink hot chocolate

Long story short

We stayed high until 4:00 am then slept right after even though it was morning

Chaotic, I know
