Marshmallow picked up Adrian, Dan and Martyn in one hand and Samantha with the other and walked to the front door. "Put us down! Put us down!" Dan commanded. "Go away." Marshmallow growled. He threw the three men into the snow at the bottom of the stairs. "Heads up!" yelled Samantha. Marshmallow threw her head at a rock just a few feet away from the boys. "Watch out for my pieces!" she warned as Marshmallow threw her other parts into the snow-coated rock. "It is not nice to throw people!" Dan shouted, making a snowball. "Take this, you overgrown yeti!" Adrian yelled, copying Dan. "Whoa whoa whoa there guys! Back it up! Just leave the snowman be!" Martyn said, trying to hold the two angry boys back. "Alright, alright. We're calm." Dan lied convincingly. "Good." Martyn replied. As soon as Martyn turned around, Dan and Adrian threw their snowballs. "Oh, come on!" Martyn whined. As soon as the snowballs hit Marshmallow, he roared. "See? Now you made him mad." Martyn complained. "Run!" Adrian exclaimed. "Good plan!" Dan responded, the three running off. "I'll catch up with you guys later. I need a minute to pull myself together." Samantha said, struggling to put her parts back together.

As Dan, Adrian and Martyn ran away from the snow monster chasing them, Dan got an idea. He dashed behind a bent over, snow coated tree and made it catapult snow into Marshmallow, causing him to fall. "Yes! Ha ha! I got him!" Dan exclaimed as he ran, but he was soon stopped by Adrian and Martyn when they reached the end of a cliff. "That's like a 50 foot drop." Dan said. "Actually, 100." Martyn corrected. Adrian tied a rope around his, Martyn's and Dan's waists and started digging in the snow. "What are you doing?" Dan asked. "Digging a snow anchor." Adrian explained. "Ok, don't know what the fuck that means, and what if we fall?" Dan questioned. "There's like 20 feet of fresh powder down there. It'll be like landing on a pillow. Hopefully..." Martyn answered, mumbling the last part. The trees in the distance were falling fast, indicating that Marshmallow was coming. "Ok. On three." Adrian said to Martyn and Dan. "One. Two. Three!" they all said simultaneously, jumping off the edge. Samantha emerged from the trees, still assembling herself as she ran. "Ah. Feels good to be back in shape." she sighed. "Hey Dan! Martyn! Martyn! Where'd you guys go? We totally lost Marshmallow back there!" Samantha called out, completely unaware that Marshmallow was right behind her. As he breathed heavily behind her, she turned around.

"Oh, hey! I was just talking about you, little brother!" Samantha said. Marshmallow looked around, frustrated that there was no sign of Dan, Adrian or Martyn. He kicked Samantha off the cliff and walked back to the ice palace. As Samantha fell, she passed the three boys. "Samantha!" Dan yelled. "Hang in there, guys!" Samantha exclaimed. Without thinking, Dan cut the rope so they could catch up with Samantha. They all fell, screaming in terror before landing in the soft, fluffy snow below, completely uninjured. "Wow! You were right. Just like a pillow." Dan said surprised. He noticed Samantha had fallen apart but was otherwise ok. "Oh Samantha, pull yourself together." Dan chuckled. They all helped put Samantha back together. "Oh, that feels so much better." she said. "Sorry about that, guys. Are you hurt?" Dan asked. "We're fine, Dan. Don't worry. So, now what?" Martyn questioned. Dan paused. "Now what? Oh no, this is bad! Phil threw me out! I can't go home with the weather still like this! And then there's your ice business-" Dan rambled but Adrian stopped him.

"Hey. Don't worry about our ice business." Adrian reassured. "Yeah, worry about your hair." Martyn said with a puzzled expression. "I just fell off a cliff, you should see your hair." Dan joked. "No, yours is turning white." Adrian warned. "White? It's...what?" Dan questioned in shock as he saw a streak of his brown hair turn white. "It's because Phil struck you, isn't it?" Martyn pondered. "Does it look bad?" Dan asked. Adrian and Martyn paused. "No." they answered. "You hesitated." Samantha stated. "No, we didn't." Adrian lied. "Ok. Come with us. We're taking you to our friends. They can help you." Martyn said, beginning to walk with Adrian beside him. "How do you know that?" Dan asked, following them with Samantha behind him. "Because we've seen them do it before." Adrian explained.

Back at the ice palace, Phil was pacing nervously. He hurt Dan again. He created a snow monster. He accidentally set off a new winter. Just when he thought everything was fine. "Get it together. Control it! Don't feel. Don't feel. Don't feel!" Phil thought out loud. He gasped when he noticed sharp icicles sticking out of the walls. What was going on?
