"So you leave hype in a week and then go back home for the school year?" Blake asked me and I nodded with a frown, "I'm gonna miss it here."
Blake pulled me closer to him on the couch in my room, "Yeah, but you can always come back and visit everyone. It's a 20 minutes drive. Plus, you'll be a lot closer to me."
"That is true," I said with a nod, "And my birthday is also in a week. So I'll be a legal adult."
Blake grinned, "You're going to love my present. It's so good you're going to cry."
I rolled my eyes at him, "I'm not going to cry, it's going to take a lot more than a birthday present for me to cry."
Blake had an evil smirk on his face, "We'll see about that."
"Can you two stop being all lovey-dovey over there? I'm so hungry I could die," Nick said from my bed, Ryland sitting up next to him, "Yeah, I'm starving."
"Well what do you want to eat?" I asked with a laugh, getting up off the couch, "Just go post mates something."
"But you make really good homemade food," Nick groaned, sitting up from my bed and giving me puppy eyes.
I laughed, "As much as I would love to, I can't. I'm busy tonight."
Nick and Ryland both groaned and stormed out of my room like little kids being told that they can't have dessert until they eat all of their vegetables.
When the left, Blake frowned and grabbed my hand, "What do you have to do tonight?"
"I was planning on taking Carter to go get ice cream or something. I feel like I haven't seen him in so long and I miss my baby brother," I said with a frown.
Blake laughed, "Wow, you literally saw him last week."
I rolled my eyes at him playfully, "Well, I miss him."
Blake frowned, "So you're ditching me?"
I nodded, "Quite frankly, yes."
Blake stood up quickly threw me over his shoulder, rushing over to the bathroom. He placed me on the sink, "Stay with me?"
I chuckled, "Why did you have to bring me to the bathroom to ask that?"
I suddenly felt something cold on my back and jumped up, "Really? Was that necessary?" I quickly shut the sink off and turned back to face him.
He had an evil smirk on his face, "So are you going to stay with me?"
I scooped up some of the water that was still in the sink and splashed it all over him, completely soaking his shirt. He gasped, and took his shirt off, coming closer to me.
He wrapped his arms around my waist and lifted me up, bringing me into the shower. I gasped, "No! BLAKE NO!"
He put me down and turned the shower head on, and I tried my best to escape his grip. Blake was a laughing mess as he brought the both of us under the water.
after a solid 15 minutes of us just play fighting in the shower, we eventually turned the shower off and got out.
"What was the point in that?" I asked with a slight laugh, grabbing a towel for myself and handing one to Blake.
"Well, I tried to threaten you with the water, but that clearly didn't work," he frowned.
I smiled and got closer to him, leaning in to place a soft kiss on his lips, "I promise I'll spend the night with you tomorrow. I just can't tonight."
Blake sighed and kissed me again, "Fine." -
