He walked me to the front of the school where I met up with Klaus and Hope, he drove us to town where we stopped and got banana splits and walked around, Hope held my hand and her banana split, Klaus said "Look I knows not an ideal evening, but the timing is right. Once your mid transformation the Saltzman girls will be able to syphon the magic out of you by using Harmony's magical strength." Hope said "Are you sure about this? What if it backfires and Harmony gets hurt?" Klaus said "Yeah, Harmony will be completely safe, I wouldn't come up with a plan that could harm one daughter to save the other, it is too Keep both of you safe, I'll dispose of the magic later. Tonight is about both you and Harmony."
She said "We'll be right back." she led me to where Elijah was sitting, we sat down me in the middle and Hope handed him the banana split saying "You looked kinda lonely, I said "Elijah, I'm sorry about what I said earlier today, I was mad and it was wrong of me to say that. Regardless of my feelings you guys are still my family and I should have behaved better than that." Elijah said "I forgive you, but why are you so mad at us?" I sighed and said "The last 8 years I felt abandoned by you guys, I was sent to school and yeah Hope came six months later but she got to go home during break and I saw Klaus four days a year because Caroline took me with her when she went to talk to him about our schooling, I saw Hayley one day a year and technically she only came for Hope on our birthday and I know that because she only brought a gift for Hope and only took Hope out to eat. Other than Davina and Kol who I saw half the summer every year no one even talked to me, saw me, or checked on me. I went from One of the Mikaelson tribrid twins to nobody, I was so little and couldn't understand how I could go from being loved to being unloved."
Elijah pulled me to his lap and held me close saying "You never were unloved, Harmony we have always loved you and your sister but Hayley always told us you didn't want to go home." I said "I was never given a choice in the matter, no-one asked me what I wanted because no one talked to me after I was shipped off." Hope said "Is that why you don't like me?" I said "Hope I love you, your my twin but I was jealous of you, your everything I'm not, your beautiful, your smart, your powerful, and you were raised by Hay... mom, you had a relationship with her, you learned magic from Freya, your better than me in every way." Hope said "I am not better than you, you are just as powerful as me, you are just as beautiful and smart as me, the relationship I had with mom you had with Caroline, you may not have learned from Freya but you did learn from Bonnie Bennett and Bennett witches are legendary."
Elijah said "You are not completely like Hope because you two are twins not clones, Harmony you are perfect just the way you are.... You know something, when you both were born I declared you would be the savior of this family. It wasn't fair, we should have never been your burden to bare." Hope said "How old were you when you promised to always protect our father? Much older than us?" Elijah said "No" Hope said "Elijah I think the three of us were born with responsibilities we didn't deserve." he looked at each of us then down at the ice cream I had been slowly eating. I said "What?" he took the spoon from me to take a bite as he said "I see so much of your mother in Hope and so much of Caroline in you, Harm you may look like my mother but you act like the woman who raised you. You both represent the two beautiful and powerful women who raised you." Hope said "I saw her."
Elijah said "What do you mean you saw her?" Hope said "When I fainted it was probably just some white-light hallucination but she told me to tell you that she is still holding out for that dance, and Harm she said that she loves you and she is glad you still have a mother figure in Caroline to watch you grow and help you when your down. It probably could of been some weird part of my subconscious but either way it was nice to have a good dream I haven't had one in a while." I said "Hope it wasn't a dream, when you stopped breathing you were dead and most likely went to the other side, Kl-dad had to revive you." Elijah was silent for a moment then looked up and said "Oh." I giggled and said "Ooh its your boyfriend Landon" in a sing song voice Elijah smiled down at me as Hope said "He isn't my boyfriend." I said Not yet anyway." Elijah said "Looks like your friend didn't need to take that extra shift after all."
He stood me up before getting up and looked at Hope saying "Behave." I walked over to Klaus as Hope walked over to dance with Landon Klaus said "I didn't realize you felt abandoned." I said "You didn't care to ask either." Klaus said "Harmony, I'm sorry I failed you as a father, but I'm glad you have Ric and Caroline, they seem to be amazing parents for you when your mother and I couldn't manage to." Caroline walked up and pulled me into a hug Klaus said "Don't worry, I'll behave myself." Caroline held on to me and smiled Klaus said "Thank you for allowing your daughters, all three of them to be involved in this mess, for trusting me, and for taking Harmony in and raising her and loving her as equally as you do your own daughters when Hayley and I failed her. We abandoned her, not on purpose but, she needed parents and I'm thankful you both stepped up and claimed her."
Caroline said "Years ago when the girls were really little, I was in trouble, I was scared. I put the girls in the car and I drove and I ended up in New Orleans looking for you. You weren't there but the point is I think a part of me has always known that... you weren't the villain of my story, taking in your daughter, having a piece of you in my life has helped me be strong for all three girls." she kissed my head and said "Part of me wished you and I had a little girl and even though Hayley gave birth to Harmony, it was like we had." they almost kissed until the bell struck and she said "I think we need to get back to the school, its time." Klaus said "We'll be right behind you. She can have the next five minutes dancing." Caroline said "I don't get it, aren't their a million things you want to say to her? About life, boys, how to file taxes... I don't know."
Klaus shook his head saying "She'll figure it out, what I want to do is stand here and watch my daughter dance with a townie." she sighed and we walked back to school as we walked I said "Hey mom you love him don't you." she was trying not to cry and she said "Yes, Butterfly I do." we got to the school and we made a syphon tonic so we didn't have to be near her mid change, we got everything ready and we all stood back to back and they held my hands. I was helping because not only can I do my own magic but I can also syphon it. We said "Magia delox deterox" we let go putting our hands out to our sides and forward to the edge of the circle saying "Magia delox deterox" we moved again repeating the phrase. We continued to slowly move around the circle saying our chant, the light went above our heads so we faced each other and held our hands up and said the chant louder.
Once the magic was in Klaus we said "Solva." Ric whispered "Come on girls, let's go." he grabbed Lizzie and Josie's hands and Ric looked from me to Lizzie so I grabbed her hand and he led us away. We sat in with mom until Ric said "Hope isn't letting this happen, Elijah is taking him back to New Orleans Hope is going with. Caroline said "I'll take Harmony, Ric he will die and we have to let her say goodbye, you are her dad but he is her father." Ric said "Do you want to go Harmony?" I said "Daddy please, Hope needs me and maybe I could forgive him for abandoning me if we talked." Ric kissed my head and said "Ok go pack a bag." I smiled and the girls followed me to my room, Lizzie said "Why are you really going?" I said "To see where I was born, I don't have memories of New Orleans, the first time I went there I was about seven I was there a week before I was sent away and last summer I was there for one day." They hugged me and I hugged them back, I saw Jason and told him what was happening and he kissed me and told me he'd see me soon. I agreed before finding Caroline and the group and we all left.
