Leaving my room I headed towards the living room, everyone was seated eating biryani.

Taking a seat beside dad I glanced at the blank wall in front of me.

There has to be some way out Allah, I don't understand how it could be this bad. We're trapped from every side and prisoners in our own village.

How can I ensure everyone here remains fine and Vladimir leaves us alone.

I can't sleep with him, ya Allah it's wrong and he knows it is but doesn't care. I cannot let a man like him take my dignity, take what I've been saving.

Grabbing the plate of biryani I slowly took a few bites, my mind still working overtime.

I was about to take a bite when a dreaded thought fought it's way through "The animals, ama I forgot about the animals" my heart dropped at the thought of it. Allah how did I let this happen.

Placing my plate down I stood up ready to leave when Hussain stopped me.

" Baji you've done too much I'll sort it out" he mumbled grabbing the axe from the floor.
(Respectful way to speak to your elder)

Nodding my head no I continued, I don't trust the Russians not to hurt them, I can't let them leave.

" no Hussain, they could hurt you"

" they'll hurt you!" He said annoyed, patting his arm I nodded no.

"No they won't, they haven't so far after all that I've done" walking to the door I opened it before turning bring back to him " I'll be ok I'm just going to go check on the animals they're not too far"

" be careful" dad mumbled before kissing my forehead.

Nodding I quickly left the room and exited the home. My feet moved straight towards the farm, there aren't too many animals but still a few.

Many of them are pregnant too, I Absolutely love baby animals, they look soooo damn cute.

Pushing through the overgrown grass I finally made it to the open field. I was about to call the animals when a heart shattering sight met my eyes .

Dead, they're all dead.

The animals laid across the concrete dead, heads splattered everywhere only making it worse.  An unbelievable amount of flies flew through the blood soaked room.

" AMA, ABA" I cried out, my whole body collapsing beneath me. Why would they do this! Why!

I was about to yell again when Ivanov and Vladimir came running into the farm, their guns held high.

As soon as he spotted me on the ground Vladimir grabbed my arm pulling me up.

" Inaya, what the fuck is going on" he spoke glaring at me tear soaked face.

I couldn't answer him, my eyes still locked on the dead animals.

" boss do you think..." Ivanov mumbled behind me.
