"Uncle the trades must carry on whilst I'm gone, this is why we're going alone"

His uncle shook his head in worry
"Son atleast take a few, we don't need this much protection"

"You don't but she does" he mumbled pointing at Khawlah "you need to pretend I'm still home and working, this will buy us some time and keep you guys protected"

God I can't believe this is actually happening, we're going to save them all.

"Inaya, we must leave" Vladimir spoke kissing Khawlah on the cheek and walking away. This is the hardest part, my little baby.

I gently let go of Khawlah's small hand. She tried to grab onto it again excitedly.

"Please feed her at the right times, and take care of her" I mumbled handing her over to Vadim, he nodded his head confidently.

"Don't worry she's my niece, I'll protect her with my life ok"

I turned to see Vladimir's uncle standing by the door, a sad smile playing on his lips as he watched Vladimir smoke a cigarette.
"I expect to see you in a week"

Vladimir stubbed his cig into the melting snow "You will, take care of my daughter"

His daughter, he just called Khawlah his daughter. An unexplainable amount of happiness filled my body.

I grabbed the sword I bought with me from Vladimir's home and stepped out into the freezing cold.

I'm still wearing the exact same clothes from yesterday just with an added mans jacket, the warmest puffer jacket I have ever worn.

A massive helicopter sat in the middle of the garden. Oh not this again, I barely made it of the last one without having a panic attack.

"Inaya" Vladimir turned my way taking a small box out of his pocket "this is the memory stick"

The metal stick shone against the bright winter sun, Vladimir quickly put it back in the box.
He opened the the little bag on his chest and zipped it in. I've never seen him in such clothes, Vladimir looks like he's ready to fight war, models vs models. For the first time he's not wearing a suit and I can't look away, dammit Inaya.

"What's on it?"

"CCTV footage from your village and where they are now showing the Evidence of invasion from Pakistan, India, the Taliban and the USA."

"So we can't lose this" I mumbled tucking my hands into the pockets. Who would have thought it'd be a small metal thing that can either save us or kill us.

"If anything happens to this we've got nothing" he whispered stalking towards the aircraft confidently, I followed behind him .

"Are you ready"

Sighing I nodded my head
"No but what choice do I have"

Vladimir helped me up into the aircraft and tied my belt, his hand lingering on my waist for a few seconds too long.

He then took a seat in front of the main panel of buttons, Ya Allah.
"You can fly this?" I questioned worriedly.

Vladimir flicked a switch and smirked, the wings began to spin like a tornado and slightly lift of the ground. My heart beat increased, I couldn't help but grab onto his forearm fearfully.

He gently pulled my head to his shoulder before placing his hand back on the stick " sleep, we will be 8 hours" He whispered kissing the top of my scarf, I slowly nodded my head.

Fear still lingering in my heart but I have to get over it, there's no other way.

I can't believe it.
