"Stop!" I heard someone scream from a different room. I hopped out of bed pulling a pair of boxers on cause I was naked.
I ran into lex room and she was thrashing around in her bed full of sweat.
"Baby." I climbed in her bed to sooth her "it's a dream, wake up!"
Her eyes shot open and she shifted away from me. "Get away." She said as her grandma ran into the room with a bat.
"Babe it was a dream it's okay it harry, I'm here." Lex threw her self at me and I wrapped her in my arms.
"What's going on" her grandma said.
"It's was a bad dream grandma you can go back to bed love you grandma."
"Love you baby." She walked out of the room.
"What was your dream about." I wiped her hair that was stuck to her head.
"I had a dream he raped me again." she cried in my arms.
"It's okay baby." I soothed her.
"Please stay." I felt her tears hit my shirt.
I laid with lex as she cried. She ended up falling asleep. I stayed awake because I couldn't get out of my mind how much this is probably affecting her.
I seen her grandma peek in the room at like 8 in the morning.
"Can I talk to you?" She whispered.
"One sec." I help my finger up to her.
I carefully moved her off of me. I climbed out of the bed and walked a crossed the hall and grabbed some pants. I walked quietly down the stairs and her grandma was sitting at the table with two cups.
"Sit down hun." she patted the table.
I sat down and sipped the coffee. "You know she loves you right?"
"Ma'am I love your granddaughter so much."
"She told me what happened at a party you guys went to."
"I'm sorry I couldn't protect her, I feel horrible about that." I wiped my eyes.
"I know it's not your fault. Thanks for not leaving her alone." She stood up and hugged me.
"I would never leave her." I hugged her back. " I just love her so much."
"I want you guys to go do something today while I'm packing."
"What's that." she starting digging in a bag.
"Go to the river and lock this on the bridge." She handed me a lock that had me and lex's names engraved on it. "And when you're ready give this to her."
I opened the velvet blue box and it had a beautiful diamond ring in it. "You don't have to give me this." I held her old small hand in my hands.
"It was my ring and she loves that ring. when you're ready give it to her."
"Thanks ma'am." I kissed her cheek. "Do you mind if I shower?"
"Go ahead." She grabbed me a towel and wash cloth and I jumped in the shower.
10 minutes later....
I climbed out of the shower and wrapped my towel around my waist. I walked into my room and Lexie was sleeping in my bed.
I quietly got dressed and laid next to her. She snuggled into my chest and I dozed off.
I woke up to a loud beeping screeching from down stairs and apparently so did Lexie. I jumped out of bed and ran down the hall with Lexie on my heels.
We got in the kitchen and her grandma had burnt some eggs. "Sorry guys I was making breakfast."
"It's fine." Lex sat down at the table.
"Lex can I talk to you?" I've needed to tell her something for a while now.
"Yeah let's go up stairs."
I followed her upstairs to her room.
I sat down in put my head in my hands.
Lex's POV
"I'm sorry lex." Harry said with his head in his hands.
"What's wrong?" I sat next to him.
"Im so sorry." He said again.
"Harry what happened." He looked up at me with red eyes.
"I cheated, after we first started dating." I felt a tear slip down my cheek.
"Why?" I whispered quietly.
"I was being stupid. I didn't realize how much I really love you."
"Harry you cheated."
"I'm so sorry." He stood up and walked to the other side of his room rubbing his eyes.
"Harry."
"You deserve someone who's gonna treat you how you deserve to be treated."
"Harry I deserve you I forgive you. I love you." I walked to him and kissed his cheek.
"I'm so sorry." He hugged my tightly.
"I know baby." He wiped my tear with his thumb.
"Do you wanna go out today?"
"Yeah. To where?"
"Just around. I have something for you." He went to his room and came back with three bags.
"What's this?" I took the bags.
"For you." I pulled a beautiful pair of silver heels out of the first bag. He smiled at me pointing to the bag for me to open the next.
I pulled out this knee length dark blue dress. The bust line was lined with jewels. It was beautiful.
"Harry." I whispered as he handed me the last bag.
I pulled out a kind of bigger box.
I opened it and it had a beautiful necklace in it and a pair of diamond earrings.
"Harry it's beautiful."
"Just like you" he laughed and kissed me.
I stood there starring at him.
"What are you waiting for go get ready." He laughed
