Draco's POV:

Dear Diary,
Josephine didn't smell me, she couldn't have. I quit quidditch this year. Although I do use mint shampoo, I'm sure lots of people do. To hell with killing Dumbledore, I'm killing whoever she smelled. If only she knew, how much she meant to me. It was either Josephine, or nobody. I will always love her no matter what. I'm hoping, no I'm praying we end up together, which we will. Josephine, you'll see. Everyone will see.

I put down my diary and started to work on the cabinet. Since I didn't have transfiguration with Josephine I decided to skip it.

"Harmonia Nectere Passus" I said over and over.

Nothing. Absolutely nothing. No changes.

I worked for hours and nothing changed.

I walked out of the room of requirements to realize I had skipped the rest of my classes. Josephine, she should be at the black lake.

I headed outside and spotted her, reading, but this time a different book. It looked much older than her other book.

I stood there, watching, observing, wishing I was right next to her, reading with her.

I watched her close the book and get up on her feet, dusting herself off. I turned around to head back into the castle so she wouldn't see me.

I headed to the library, where she would be next. I waited for her and got bored. I pulled out my diary and started to draw her.

I ripped it out of my diary and pushed it into my pocket. She never came so I began to walk around the castle looking for her but she was nowhere to be found. Must be in the Gryffindor common room.

I went to the Gryffindor tower and say against the wall for a little, waiting. I'm not sure what I was waiting for but nobody came out.

So I headed to the Slytherin common room and went straight up to my dorm. I put my hand in my pocket to take out the picture, but it was gone. I checked all of my pockets.

Gone.

Shit! I signed my signature!

I sprinted out of the common room. I checked all the classrooms and even the Gryffindor tower. Nowhere.

I ran to the library and when I arrived she was sitting at a table, with a peace of paper, gazing at it. Thank god Potter wasn't there this time.

I slowly turned around and walked to the library doors trying not to make a sound.

"Draco, wait." Josephine called after me. Shit, my chance with her is blown. She' s going to think I'm a crazy stalker. "Yes?" I asked while slowly turning around.

"I found this picture in the Gryffindor tower. It's really nice, thank you. I didn't know you could draw." She exclaimed. I gave her a slight smile, feeling my palms get sweaty.

"Oh yeah, you're welcome. I thought you would like it. I wanted to give it to you since you did good last night." I lied. She just smiled at me, making my heart flutter.

"Er, I'll see you tonight." I said feeling awkward. "Okay, see you." She replied and walked back to her seat.

I wanted to stay there and watch her, but that would be too noticeable, so I left to my dorm.

It was time to meet Josephine again. I got my wand and walked to the library. She was there, reading a book about nonverbal spells. "Hey er, let's go outside." I said. "Okay." She replied while grabbing her wand and the book.

I was going to grab her hand, but my palms were still so sweaty from earlier.

When we arrived near the lake she put her book down and stared at me. "Okay, what spell do you want to try next?" I asked. "Er, I was think accio." She replied. "Okay, what are you going to accio?" I asked.

She stood there thinking. "Uh maybe the drawing?" She said. My heart started to beat uncontrollably fast I could hear it. "Okay." I replied.

She closed her eyes and pointed her wand at the castle. I assumed she had tried it when she opened her eyes. Nothing came.

She tried again, nothing. Again, nothing. Nothing at all. She began to grow frustrated. "Why is it not working? I did it yesterday!" She yelled.

"Yesterday was your first time. This is a much more complicated spell, just try to stay calm." I replied. She nodded and closed her eyes.

She pointed her wand at the castle again. Then she opened her eyes. A white little thing flew towards us. She caught it and a smile appeared on her face.

"Yes!" She exclaimed. I smiled. She stuffed it in her pocket and then.. laid down on the floor?

"What are you doing?" I asked. She looked over to me. "Star gazing. You should try it." She replied. Her eyes lit up as she said it, making my heart melt.

I slowly got to the floor and laid down next to her. "It's beautiful. I used to do this as a little kid. Look! There's the constellation called Draco!" She yelled pointing her finger towards the sky.

"I just see a bunch of stars everywhere." I replied. "You need to look closer." She laughed. Her laugh, almost as beautiful as her. "Still don't see it." I replied.

"Oh here." She said and grabbed my hand. She took my finger and traced some stars. I saw it, but didn't want her to let go of my hand. "Where?" I asked while smirking.

"Are you serious?" She asked. I laughed. She pulled my arm, making me sit up. She traced the stars once again.

"Oh, there." I replied. "Yes there!" She said. I looked at her and she looked back at me. We just stared at each other for a while.

I noticed that my face was slightly coming closer to hers, and I couldn't stop it.

"I got to go back to the common room, I promised Harry I would play wizards chest with him." She said while standing up and grabbing her things.

"Okay, well I guess I'll see you tomorrow?" I asked. "I'll see you." She replied and walked off.

I felt slightly embarrassed. She could tell I was leaning in, and she pulled away. And bloody Potter messed it up too.
