Song for this chapter One Direction ~ Night Changes
*Kiara's POV*
I can't stop thinking about Fred. I feel really bad for just leaving him hainging, thinking I don't like him like that.
Ugh it's so hard being a girl. Guy problems are the worst, oh who am I kidding, I've never done this before, I need help.
The only person I can think to turn to is my mum, she might know what I'm talking about.
''Mum and Émilie, can I talk to you both a minuet please, I need some advice on a, boy''
I join both my parents in the living room. They both give me all their attention as I explain about Fred and everything that's happend.
''So, you both obviously like eachother but neither of you will say it. Why don't you try contacting him and ask if you can still spend the New Year with him''
''I would but I don't have his adress so I can't send him a letter or contact him in any way''
They both glance at each other and then give me a sympathetic look. I know I've missed my chance. And now I may never be able to see him again.

All three of us are going to Emilie's mates house for new year. I don't want to go, I don't want to spend the new year with anyone else other than Fred.
I know that sounds selfish, but I feel I have to explain myself to him, and if I don't, I'll lose him forever.
"Kiko, my dearest child, are you nearly ready"
Mum and Emilie call me Kiko because when I was a toddler I couldn't pronounce my name right so it used to say 'Kiko' so now that's my family nickname.
"Yeah I'm nearly done. I'll be down in a minuet"
I decided to weary black tight fitting dress that comes down to the knee, off the shoulder, long sleeved and pair it with my black, gold buckle ankle boots, with a slight chunky heal.
I make my way downstairs. I don't have a very light step so I sound like a heard of elephants coming down the stairs.
As I get to the bottom of the stairs Sapphire, my Siamese cat, comes hurtling down the stairs and twists herself around my feet, very nearly tripping me up.
"Sapphire! I swear that cat will be the death of me"
Sapphire now sits oh so innocently at the other end of the kitchen with a smug look on her face.
I set down a small bowl of cat food for her before me, mum and Emilie make our way over to Emilie's friends place.

Mum and Emilie don't like apperating, so we take the train from London to the countryside. I have no idea where we're going, mum nor Emilie will tell me.
"Arthur should be here by now-"
"-Emilie will you calm down, were early anyway"
Emilie is the type of person to get a little over reactive to such simple things.
I suppose I should probably explain why I have two mothers. My mother, Adele is bisexual. She met my father a few years before I was born. They were young and stupid when I was born. They're not together now, obviously but they're still good friends. Soon after mum and dad broke up on good terms, she met Emilie, they first became friends and then declared their love for each other. I haven't got a problem with it, I love it. It's different. I've never been bullied for it or anything. And ever if I did, I'd tell them where to go.
"Sorry I'm late, stuck in traffic"
A average height, muddled aged man with fiery red hair steps out of a rust old blue car and greets me, mum and Emilie.
Me and mum sit in the back of the car and Emilie takes shot gun as she calls it.

After a long car ride we arrive in the middle of nowhere, next to what looks like a house that's had more and more rooms built on top of one another.
I like it. I like the d fashioned cosy feel to the house. Makes it more like a home than a house.
"Ah home sweet home"
Arthur exclaims before jumping out of the car and making his way towards the ever growing house.
It's dark outside, but I can see bright orange light coming from within the building on all floors and rooms.
Still a little bit down about the whole me and Fred situation, I slowly drag myself towards the house following Mum and Emilie.
"Don't look so down Kiko, anyway, I've got a surprise for you"
Emilie says with a bright smile on her face. Me and mum don't trust that mischievous look on her face, usually when she smirks like that whatever happens never ends well.
"Emilie dear how lovely to see you again"
Were greeted by a short, middle aged woman who has the same bright red hair and Arthur does. She says hello to mum and when she looks at me she has a 'Déjà vu' look on her face.
"Where are the others too Molly?"
"Oh they're in the living room, just through there"
Me and mum follow Emilie un-knowingly through to the other room. Harry's there sat with his friends from school and some others I don't recognise.
"Kiara?!"
"Fred...?!"
