Mina woke up to see the sun rising and spreading its gentle rays across the forest below them.

She took a moment to admire the magnificent view, because this is the most beautiful thing she'd seen in a while.

Until a silhoutte of a person appeared before her, Nayeon slowly coming into focus wearing a black Naruto T-shirt that was a size or two big on her, boyfriend blue jeans sitting snug on her thin waist, white converse shoes covering a pair of feet that never seemed to stay still, a mug of steaming coffee held in her long fingers and a toothy smile bright on her rosy face as she whispered a good morning.

Second most beautiful thing she'd seen, Mina corrected herself.

Ari stirred next to Mina and rolled her eyes when she saw Nayeon and Mina gazing softly at each other.

"What are we doing today?" Ari asked sulking that their trip was coming to an end. They had to return to Manhattan the next day and Operation Minayeon had been a colossal failure so far.

Nayeon saw the kid sulking. She knew what she was going to say next would change her mood, "We are going to the Niagra falls."

The resulting ear piercing squeal was confirmation enough she had made the correct decision for their last stop.

Three hours later Nayeon parked the camper in a secluded spot amidst the green trees next to the highway and went to take a short nap.

Mina sat down next to her on the twin bed, gently massaging the older girl's tired shoulders who was sleeping on her stomach with her mouth slightly open.

Ari picked up a comic book and sat on top of Nayeon.

"Ari, there are so many seats around." Mina told the child, "Nayeon-chan is tired already."

Ari laid against Nayeon's back, dismissing her sister with, "Nah, this bunny is comfortable."

They reached their destination when it was nearly dark, just as the falls came alive in a wash of incredible multi colored lights.

Ari bounced on her feet, snapping pictures of the breathtaking view of the majestic Niagra falls bathed in illumination.

Nayeon held Ari's icecream cone in one hand and hers in the other hand, and groaned when the cap she was wearing slid off from her head, falling over her eyes, blocking her sight.

Mina pulled Nayeon's hat back over her head, laughing softly when strands of short hair fell over her eyes hiding her vision again.

Nayeon found herself staring at Mina who was leaning up on her toes, tucking her hair behind her ears, her brown eyes that were capable of swallowing galaxies sparkling, glowing and reflecting the lights around them, her bright gummy smile making everything seem dull and pale in comparison.

Mina leaned back down, taking a bottom lip between her teeth, giving a soft smile to the older girl.

Nayeon was intensely aware of blood rushing through her ears, which even faded the sound of the enormous Niagara Falls to the background as her eyes flickered to Mina's soft, full lips.

She took a step closer to the younger girl, her heart beating loudly in her throat for some reason.

Nayeon stopped, pausing mid-step, eyes widening, chest pounding, breath halting, when it finally hit her she was about to close in the gap as if to claim Mina's lips.

She abruptly took a step back, dropping the ice creams cones to the ground, mutttering "Oh shit!" under her breath.

"What's wrong Nayeon-chan?" Mina's eyes flickered with concern.

Those beautiful, dazzling, spellbinding eyes which she could lose herself into. Nayeon took another step back, needing to put distance between them, because those warm brown eyes seemed to draw her back.

"Nothing," She lied, turning to look at Ari who was taking pictures on her Polaroid. "I'm just sleepy."

"What's wrong?" Chaeyoung asked, as she plopped down on the couch in Dahyun and Sana's living room.

Nayeon had called for an emergency meeting as soon as she got back in the early hours of the seventh day.

"I think I'm in love." Nayeon mumbled into a cushion she had picked up in her arms, dropping the last two words into a indecipherable mess.

Jihyo snatched the cushion from her hands, "You're in love with who?"

"With Mina." She replied, her expression lost and confused, looking afraid and vulnerable for the first time in her life.

Sana chuckled, stroking the older girl's back soothingly. "Took you three years and a half to figure that out huh!"
