It has been almost two years, since you asked him out and confessed your feelings . You worked under him, a detective as well. And thanks to your capabilities, you'd get the utmost cases to solve with the detective, you start to become a part of his daily life.
Once, both of you had to go to London after accomplishing the Kira case, and that's when you started feeling more than friends... He never behaved bossy with you and always thought of your safety first. However on your part, despite a bit of natural instinct to feel shy around your boss, you enjoyed and always admired his company.
But of all the thrilling and exciting glimpses, thinking about the recent status between you both, it seemed rather illogical. Like the phrase, 'L' is worldwide popular among the criminologies, it indeed is a mandatory task to protect it from eliminations. And in order to accomplish that, the title has to work hard enough to preserve itself. Therefore, you both would hardly spend quality time together. And it did nothing but annoyed you.

And It's a little pathetic to think that you've endured it only to prove how far you can go for the extremely confidential detective---who justifies your miserable condition in the name of 'safety measures'. This were the terms under which you were locked up in this room day and night, to remain in a relationship with him.
Yet, regardless of what you're going through, you still had hopes for it to come to an end with a generous repayment of infinite love from L. You didn't want to be one of those cases he keeps abandoning that made him bored.
So you figured out there was nothing you could do but confront him, about it...
