Matt took a harsh turn towards the opposite direction, as the speedometer rose.

"That was so close!"

Matt released a sigh at your comment and stopped by an alley.

"Y/n, you should go and join Mello. I'll move to some other secure place."

You shrugged at his words and said,

"Hey, Matt..."

"What? Hurry up. Do you need a vehicle?"

"No... I mean, I... I don't think I could reach him."

"...."

"You know him right? Besides, You can't just roam lonely... Mello has his workers. But you do not... So... So lemme be with you!"

You squeezed your eyes close and waited for his response.

"......."

"Y/n?"

You slowly opened one eye and stared at his reaction.

"Yeah?"

"Okay. Let's get out of here together!"

You smiled widely and nodded vigorously.

"Matt, Well, ....do you think the victim or whom Mello kidnapped, possesses the second Kira's powers?"

"Second Kira? H-how do you know?"

"Oh common! Don't tell me you thought, I'm that much dumb!"

You smacked him on the head, pouting.

"Ouch, it hurts!"

Matt groaned in pain but laughed slightly at your childish behaviour, and commented.

"Do you want to be announced in the media for any accident case???"

Pouting, you turned your head to some other direction, as Matt was staring at you to trace your current expression, which he found humorous.

"What? What's so funny about this!?"

Matt looked over you and commented,

"You know what, You look so cute while pouting..."

You glared at him, but as soon as you realised his words your face turned into a red bean.

"Hey, I- I mean it..."

"Oh..."

You bit your lower lip out of nervousness but were successful to hide your shyness along.

"Y/n... Y/n, wake up!"

Matt jerked your unconscious body, as you were lifeless for almost 2 hours already.
