Harry shows me how to kick off the ground and maneuver my broom. Once he thought I was ready, he got out a large chest. And then I look at him questioningly. He says, "You're ready Melissa, I believe in you."

"Thanks, Harry."

He takes out the Quaffle and hands it to me, and then I throw it across the Pitch and it goes in the tallest hoop. Harry yells, "Bloody heck, you're good! Are you sure you haven't played before?"

"I haven't."

"You'd be a good Chaser."

"Thanks."

He then hands me a bat and unstraps the Bludger. It flies up and then towards me and I smack it as hard as I can. It goes about one hundred twenty-five feet, about a fifth of the Pitch.

"Wow!"

He then releases the Snitch and that's harder for me and it takes about ten minutes for me to catch. Then, I'm Keeper, but I only saved two goals out of five. My best position is Chaser, in my opinion.

Harry says, "You did great today, maybe you should try out for the Quidditch team."

"Maybe I should."

Then we walk up to the common room
