Deep In the heart of what once was called America, citizens are devastated by the sudden outbreak of an ancient sickness called the Bubonic Plague. Determined to provide for her family Harper applies for any job available in the ancient city of New York. However, only when she lands a position as a nurse at a hospital for the plague does Harper find true happiness in the middle of utter destruction. Only one thing is keeping a piece of this joy away from her, the revealing of a past hurt and a saddening future.

History had a horrible habit of repeating itself at least in my world it's horrible. It's something that not many know about the Black Plague, monsters also roamed the Earth. There where certain families though who were chosen protect humanity if it happened again, and if you haven't figured it out yet my family is one of them. Anyway my name is Aria Lawely and this is my story.

A powerful being is summoned to conquer an enemy army. The king underestimates the willpower of Ramaria and pays the price. His son is left with nothing but a safe journey ahead.

I wasn't expecting it, but I wasn't exactly surprised either. Maybe I'd seen it coming. At the very least, I should've seen it coming. There had been signs, of course. Then again, it's my fault for not realizing the different patterns of the Earth cycle, or how the rivers flowed backwards. I should've known how the world was falling out of live in the galaxy, slowly.
