Skulduggery and Valkyrie has saved the world, fought the most terrifying of villains, been to other dimensions... But they are about to get their most difficult mission yet.... Sorcerers from all sides of the War are rising from the dead, including Skulduggery Pleasant's revenge driven wife and child....

*this story is set five years after DOTL, Ghastly, Kenspeckle and many other of Derek's awesome characters who unfortunately died are alive. (yay)* (when I started this, resurrection onwards didn't exist so, if you've read Derek Landy's awesome new books, just pretend they don't exist :)) Valkyrie's going back. After five years I America, she was going back to Ireland. She had no idea what she'd find when she got there, but she was about to find out. Things, people, and pretty much everything has changed. Including skulduggery. Both he and Valkyrie have discovered something that neither of them expected. And when an unexpected visitor shows up, the dead men will have to make sure they're focused enough for the task at hand...and make sure the world doesn't end in the process........ Again. Fair warning, I wrote the first four or so chapters of this ages ago, and my writing has gotten better since then. So, bare with the bad writing for the first bit, I promise it gets better :D. (I can't actually guarantee there won't be any mature content. Still working on the story. Just warning y'all. If you're not into that then skip the chapter.) Oh yeah! And Erskine is good.

He spent no more than three days being tortured by a sadistic monster, created by some unknown type of necromancy. This is a Skulduggery Pleasant fan fic. This is set after Resurrection (Valkyrie has ran away and has been missing for 5 years but the ending to Resurrection did not happen! I ONLY OWN ONE OF THE CHARACTERS SO FAR, THE MAIN ONES, HOWEVER, BELONG TO THE KING OF WRITING, DEREK LANDY! Darquesse is gone. The world can rest, knowing that it is safe once more. But something is wrong and Skulduggery is the only one who realises it. With no one left to turn to, and only Valkyrie on his side, the pair of detectives set out to destroy this new force, but they don't know anything about it. What will happen when Valkyrie realises her feelings for Skulduggery and Skulduggery enters a hell only his wife can pull him out of. This story will contain Valduggery and Ghanith. (Ghastly hasn't died, i am still in denial.) (Sorry Fletcherie fans and actually i dont know what the people who ship Tanith and Billy - Ray are called, but they will not be featured in this story, i ship Valduggery and Ghanith way too hard. May contain SMUT, not sure yet, I'm just going to see where the story goes to be honest.

This is a collection of short stories. I have resurrected some of the nice characters who Derek Landy mercilessly (or brutally. I was torn) killed. I have unfortunately not resurrected Kenspeckle but I might later on. There will be Valduggery and Ghanith, maybe some Sexter. I hope you enjoy this Fan fiction. When Valkyrie admits her feelings to Skulduggery he freezes because he cannot believe anyone would say that to him, he doesn't believe he is worth it. When he "wakes up" he realises that Valkyrie has ran away, she avoids his calls and everything that reminds her of him. He overhears Tanith mention that she has been calling her and "interrogates" her. She tells him that Valkyrie has been calling her for news. He gets to her in time to save her from something and they live happily ever after... Maybe...

During a risky situation, Skulduggery takes necessary precautions and uses his Earth powers to protect himself, turning his body to stone. Valkyrie is distressed and must find a way to do both his job and hers. She runs into a familiar stranger by accident and when she learns the truth about him shortly before he disappears, she recruits Fletcher, Tanith and Ghastly to help her hunt him while trying to figure how it's possible for him to be here. {I don't own Skulduggery Pleasant, or the characters, except for my OC's. Please do not steal my ideas, for the plot - outside of the books - is mine. The wonderful cover was by @RainforestGirl and all credit for it goes to her.}

****CONTAINS SPOILERS**** After the remnant attack, Tanith Low is on the run with former enemy Billy Ray Sanguine. She is, however, faced with a problem that could change her life and existence forever: The good or the bad? Who will she choose? Based after the Maleficent Seven with the strife for righteous love.

The dark haired girl paced before the familiar face in front of her, her eyes wicked and licked with shadow and her hands gripped tightly to the weapon she held, "Why does a moth fly directly into the flame? Perhaps its captivated by the beauty to be found in such pure recreation?" Her eyes remained locked on those of the ones before her, smile dancing in the flames around, "Or perhaps, it flies so surely into its own death because it believes the flames of rebirth will allow it a second chance at metamorphosis and perhaps that this time... It will appear a butterfly. Perhaps this is the only thing It can force itself to believe, while it burns." She gave a cocky smile, and lifted her gun to the familiar face. "So, Miss Armageddon. Tell me my answer. Why are you not dead?" The girl smiled and brushed a loose strand of hair from her eyes, looking up from the ground and tilting her head and lifting her gun from her side, "Because I am no moth. I am a butterfly." And the shot rang.
