In this epic re-imagining of H.G Wells's classic tale, a lot happens. Have you ever sat down and thought what you would do that a character in a book wouldn't do. In this story I made the martians come to Weymouth during 2013. I make myself and one of my friends 2 of the victims. I will be adding a chapter to this every Wednesday

This is a short story/ is my first story and I am hoping to turn this into a series of short stories.

It starts when an Obsidian Rock hit the city of Orionis which gains the world attention after the event. Loxley and others discover this event was unusual and they have an encounter with the outside world.... As it goes "Heroes get remembered, but legends never die..." Lets jump on this epic cyber plague as its like an onion you read off one chapter and sometimes you may get on your heels....

We make great strides every day to make computers more like us, but at what point does a computer truly gain a conscious? Is it when it speaks its own words, can converse with a human or does it have to go as far as establishing a new world order to be considered sentient? That is what I wanted to explore with this novel.
