Y/n Quiero, Brilliant, cunning, gorgeous, straightforward, a natural born leader with a pretty neat sense of humour. Camilo Madrigal, Humorous, sarcastic, witty, looks that catches the eye of almost everyone in encanto, the mood maker of the Madrigals. A match made in heaven, they're perfect right? Ofcourse! Except for one teeny-tiny problem, Y/n absolutely hates Camilo Madrigal. It's a good thing they have no need to interact since Camilo isn't part of y/n's life. Abuelo Recto and Abuela Alma have other plans for them (Will have some filipino terms but no worries, i will translate)

two 15 years olds decided to start a relationship together and get married when they became adults. Camilo Madrigal who had a gift himself called chameleons who can transform into different people, met a girl named Y/N L/N. it was Maribel Madrigal's friend and the one who transferred to their school. "you don't have to do anything stupid to get me to notice you. I was already captured right before you keep staring at me." (a/n): that's all description for now tehehe~ don't mind the english grammar and the spanish language I use translate for it.

Y/N used to live in Encanto along with their dad and mom, and they were the best of friends with Maribel from la familia Madrigal. But soon after Maribel's failed ceremony, Y/N's family has to go back to Spain, and they lose their hope of ever seeing that family she loves so much ever again. It isn't until 13 years later that they finally return to Encanto, this time looking for answers about why their dad never made it back from his expedition... But maybe the truth is more complicated than they think, and maybe they find some unexpected feelings for someone while they stay once more with Los Madrigal... This is a Camilo X reader fanfic, tho I wanted to give the reader's character a bit more of background to make it more interesting. This is supposed to take place after the movie, and all characters are aged up 3 years since I find the canon ones a bit weird, so for example both Mirabel and Camilo are 18, as well as you (might have something to do with specific scenes that might appear later on...). We know the story of Encanto told by Mirabel telling the story of her own and of her sisters' traumas. In this story we'll go into my own ideas of what Camilo's traumas are. As I'm writing this I don't believe they'll be trigger warnings but if there are I'll be sure to add them at the beginning of chapters and add a recap at the end so you can still enjoy. As part of the latin community let me just say that I loved the movie. I have watched it like 10 times and was inspired. This story takes place at the ending of the movie. Right in the middle of the party when casita was rebuilt. A/N: There's gonna be mention of lgbtq for some characters. If you don't like it, don't read it.

The title

They find the welcome arms of the town and especially of the magical family that seemingly runs the place, The Madrigals. Follow the story of (Y/N) and their siblings as they settle into their new home and possibly get a little *too* close to the happy folks of Encanto.

So this is basically an encanto story with one of my ocs. There is going to be an y/n and some of this is a Camiloxreader. Btw I'm terrible at descriptions so hopefully you got what I'm trying to get across I'm trying not to spoil too much so this is my terrible description hope you enjoy!
