In our world, nearly anything can get you killed, or something worse. And trying to prevent it will only seal your fate. Deltona has been under the rule of the Löthr for decades - although the Löthr have been around for much longer than that. They are people who can take the wills and minds of other people. Those under the Löthr's control are the 'Taken', empty husks who were once humans. The Löthr see all. They hear all. They know all. So in this world of evil, how do you survive? I'll tell you. Meet Cole, Celia, Lisa, Jacaline, and King. They bear the Black Circle, the mark of the Heroes of Old, and are suddenly pushed into a reality with a whole lot of responsibility. They have a centuries-old heritage: a power that can stop the Löthr once and for all. But these particular heroes have come from nothing. They are nothing. Will a bunch of misfits and low lives finish an ancient evil? You'll have to find out.

Her earliest memory is finding herself sitting at a bus stop in the middle of nowhere and being taken to the strange town of Neptune by Ariadne Winter. Ever since, Scarlet has lived with the Winters and their daughter Lana, who remains her only friend. But as the bad-tempered loner Scarlet struggles to unearth her past and popular Lana deals with hiding a strange secret as well as discovering who she truly is, Scarlet encounters a peculiar 16-year old boy named Theo Emerson at the same bus stop that she seemed to have originated from. She soon finds that he, too, has no memory of anything except for his name. But things only get stranger when someone who was thought to be long-dead suddenly reappears and strange abilities begin to manifest in several teens around Neptune. With a single long, lonely road, a treehouse filled with secrets, late-night ventures to the graveyard, and everything that you never expected, this tale reveals that many things are not what they seem, especially the strange, isolated little town of Neptune... *Chapters are from the point of view of the character whose name is in the parentheses at the end of the chapter title* *Unfinished story, all chapters subject to change*

But one day she is miraculously adopted, and she finds herself whisked away to a strange school where she discovers that magic isn't truly the horrible thing that people make it out to be. But soon after her enrollment, a strange rebellion begins to attack the Societies, and all four Societies hold tournaments to select the most powerful Students from each Element. The victors will go on a quest to investigate this mysterious rebellion before the Societies fight them head-on. Will Ash make it in the tournament? And what is the rebellion truly fighting for? Wizards are a finicky bunch who prefer shuffling about their Libraries, pouring through ancient tomes, or discussing at length the existential complexities of the number thirteen to... just about anything else. Wizards haven't ventured on quests in centuries and there haven't really been any quests to go on anyways. The Vampires are mostly well behaved. Werewolves stick to their schedules. Dragons sleep most of the time, don't steal away virgins anymore and, in fact, find the vast majority of them in this era rather dull. And the Fae? Well, no one's seen them since Merlin's time. The Merlin's time. So, when Wizard Barnibus Jefferson Montgomery Barnwinkle, the last Barnwinkle from a long line of Barnwinkles, accidentally trips through an eldritch hole in reality and plops into a land of Fell Doom and Grand Demise, everyone is suitably appalled... everyone who knows about it at any rate. Quests? They are not vogue. They are not in fashion. But they are in the land of Fell Doom and Grand Demise. Wizards, on the other hand are not. And for all that Barnibus has strong opinions on the number thirteen. For all the tomes he's poured through and scrolls he's translated from hieroglyphics. For all the potions he's whipped together by candle light.... He is not at all prepared for a quest. Not a real one. Not at all. At least he has his hat.

(Original idea, just slightly inspired by Chernobyl and everything so slightly MHA, although there's not really many similarities between the two of them.) When German Nuclear powerplant Rechnung exploded, German was in anarchy. The government fell, people were dropping like flies, and disease eventually started spreading. The explosion didn't kill people, though, it started something worse, and eventually, the simple explosion brought the entire world down. And it wasn't short lived. How long did it take for everything to be pulled back together? Oh, only quite a few years, at least, but in that time, millions had died, maybe even a couple billion. At least it solved the problem of overpopulation, I guess. Even then, the world was never the same, and it wouldn't have been pulled together if it hadn't been for a select few average citizens and a fox. Yeah, it's crazy, isn't it, a fox helped save the world, but after the explosion, that just kinda became the norm. Besides, they weren't completely fox. Anymore.

Lives that she couldn't remember. Memories and pains that she always forgot. How many times had the time rewinded? As if the fate was mocking her efforts to survive. When her only wish was to live ordinarily and attain a natural death at old age. "This kingdom will perish," Felix stated expressionlessly. "Nothing will change no matter how much we try to prevent it." "So what should I do?" Fiorentia shouted in frustration. "You said that most of my deaths was because of the war, right? But you said that it's useless to prevent it? Why?" "Because the Emperor of Chaldea is a crazy warmonger. His ambition is to unite both the upper and lower continents under his reign. And somehow, you're also their target, although I don't know for what reason. But in case, it's better for us to lay low now. Remember, we're still powerless children without parents." In a place where the only person they could trust was each other, they spent their time in frustration and helplessness -until a variable suddenly appeared in front of them. "Silver hair and purple eyes ....he's the youngest prince of Chaldea, Emmanuel," Felix muttered in disbelief as he stared at the sleeping boy who suddenly emerged from thin air in front of their castle. "How in the world does he appear here? This never happened in the previous lives." "This will be the last time, brother," Fiorentia swore to Felix. "I'll make sure of it." "I want to become stronger ..." Emmanuel whispered in despair as he looked into the identical twins' expressionless face. ".... help me. In exchange, I'll let you use me to your heart's content, for whatever you desire ...." 20th of the 10th month, year 544, when time and illusion met immortality.

In a world where the remnants of an once-glorious civilization are nearly erased, whispers of a tumultous past echo through the ages. Millennia ago, the Primordials, masters of advanced technology and ancient knowledge, unleashed the Eldritch Seed- a bio-engineered scourge that devoured their cities, monuments, and achievements, transforming them into organic matter. The story revolves around three central characters: Fye, a bright young woman from the Orako Clan, driven by an insatiably curiosity about her ancestors' secrets; Ryubel, the leader of the Sky Roamers band, who travels the clouds of Primoterra atop his winged salamander; and Asan, the formidable commander of the Tarrara tribe's army of giants. What began as a guild contract promising wealth beyond measure soon uncovered dark secrets long reduced to legend. Now, as imminent death looms over the races of Primoterra, the heroes must navigate many perils, where every step forward reveals more mysteries and dangers that threaten not just their lives, but the fate of their world. As they delve deeper into the fight against the Eldritch Seed and its connection to the Primordials, their journey becomes a race against time. Their mission: to prevent the Eldritch Seed from unleashing its devastating power once more, reverting Primoterra to its pristine, pre-sentient state.
