Lila is brookdowns highs nerd. Always with her nose in a book. At least thats what the student body thinks. She dosen't have the best life but she's happy. Until a huge disaster forces her to move away & leave everything behind. In a new town, will she finally come out of her shell or will she remain a shy nerd? will she meet the guy of her dreams? Hi, I'm Juliana. What you see here is every poem I've ever written (minus a few drafts that I don't feel comfortable posting). Thus, some of them are gems (see An Arbor to the Moon, The Quiet, or Hamster), and others I fully understand if you read them just for a laugh. I started this journey in eighth grade and I'm now in college, so I hope you enjoy this chronological order look into the inside of my braincell. "Stella...don't talk about yourself like that." "Shut up Roland, Drew told me to sell the fucking book, so that's what I'm doing." "Suit yourself...." "So it's about this fat, ugly, bitchy, goth chick named Stella who is in love with Dave the leader of a group of smart kids called the Non-Conformist Club...." "I still can't believe you call it that." "I said shut up. You were begging to get in when I met you. You didn't have any friends except the toilet bowl when your face was getting shoved in it." "So Roland and I take turns telling this story, about how Dave takes Roland here under his wing and tries to make him less of a pussy while I'm trying to get Dave to fall in love with me." It's a funny story, sad in a few places, but mostly funny. And realistic, at least these guys seem real to me." "Well, that's because they are you. At least one of them is."
