1. Selecting the Best Paint The first consideration is the paint used to get that stunning blended painted furniture . Use a high-quality chalky paint. Because, while many varieties of chalky paint are on the thicker side, they thin and mix beautifully with a little water. They are self-leveling and extremely pigmented, resulting in stunning colour combinations. If you make a mistake, simply wipe it away with a moist towel and start over. 2. Selecting the Proper Brush Blending your paint is simplified when you use a high-quality synthetic paint brush. A natural bristle brush, chip brush, or low-quality dollar store brush will make a gentle transition harder to achieve since they will leave brush strokes on your blended painted furniture. 3. Water-misting bottle Before dipping your paintbrush into the paint, mist it. Mist the paint after it's been put to your furniture, and then integrate it in. 4. Use colours that are co-related. Working with SIMILAR SHADES (particularly when you're just getting started) makes blending so much simpler! Blending whites or creams with light yellows, greens, blues, and pinks looks great. Alternatively, try combining the same colours in various shades. For example, a bright green to a deeper green.
